I have used Pat a handful of times over the past 8 years. He has always been honest, reasonably priced, and prompt. He most recently replaced a gas shutoff valve that had a slow leak. He was quick to act based on the safety issue this presented. He has also helped to replace faucets, troubleshoot a noisy toilet, and stopping water hammer in my older home. I would highly recommend him for any of your needs.

I called a few different places and Rooters was one of the ones that offered a free inspection. Jay spent the time to thoroughly inspect and test everything, ask me questions, and take the time to understand the issues. Great customer service, friendly and personable. He generated a few different quote options and didn’t apply pressure to make me sign anything.

Another company spent only a few minutes with a visual inspection and quoted me a far greater price.

He repaired everything just as he stated he would and so far it all seems to be working great. They gave a year warranty in case anything fails.

The only issue I had was they made a mistake that is on me to repair. They cut a hole in my ceiling only to find the pipes were not where they thought they would be. It turned out they were easily accessible from the basement and a hole was never needed.

Overall I recommend them.

They came out the same day. We had a backup from tree roots that flooded a little of our basement, plus the washing machine water went everywhere. We have used them in the past and they are great! On time, professional, curtious and explain everything to you before starting. We couldn't be happier with their service! Top notch company!

MR ROOTER did a GREAT job putting in our drain field and cleaned up afterwards . They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction..

STOP!! Don't do it..keep searching. This place is a managed by liars and frauds. They installed new plumbing for a bathroom remodel...what they installed failed and damaged the finished drywall ceiling below the Bathroom. $2,000 worth of damage. They approved the drywall repair estimate and told me to send them the final bill and they would send me a check( which I have documented) and here is where the games begin....they have gone silent and non-responsive. They are now ignoring me so now I am taking legal action against them. What should have been easy is now a nightmare. I regret calling them. They deserve zero stars but the lowest score you can give is 1.

My workplace had a toilet that wouldn't stop flushing and water was continually leaking onto the floor. When the team arrived, they were professional and fixed the problem in under an hour. The cost was fair, especially considering how long it would have taken me to handle it myself—not to mention multiple trips to the hardware store! I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing quick and professional plumbing solutions.

Mr. Rooter got back to me quickly regarding my request for a quote on a new drain installation we needed in our manufacturing plant. Greg came on-site, reviewed the work needed, and provided a very detailed quote the next business day. Jenelle was a great help, with getting us scheduled for the work to be completed on a day that worked for us. She provided great, quick communication with my accounting depart, the account set up process with quick and smooth. Greg and his team provided great communication, professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend them.

Brandon Campbell and his partner delivered awesome fast and clean service. He used all my hot water. I told him my water heater broke yesterday and that was all my hot water. He instantly said let's go take a look. 30 min later my hot water heater was fixed and at a ridiculously low price. Give those guys a raise!

Having my hose valve break and blast water onto the sidewalk at 8pm on a Sunday sounded like a miserably long and expensive problem. I had Brandon from Mr. Rooter out in less than 30 minutes and he was communicative, efficient, and kind. Within 90 minutes of the first phone call, my water was back on and everything was cleaned up. Brandon is a true expert at the craft and the customer service.

They charged me $450 to remove an access panel and replace a really small section of the pipe..they said a check bounced when it shouldn't have..came directly from a credit card that has a 3k limit..they obviously dont know how to cash checks..then they threaten to make a police report..the tech on the phone said they had a check from chicken coop bounce too..come on..obviously the problem is them..not the checks...now i have to use a credit card and get 29% interest instead of one of these checks that have no interest for 15 months..definitely won't be going business again! And I'll advise others against it too
