Very polite and respectful, kept me greatly informed. They went over and beyond to ensure that my space was respected and asked questions before investigation to figure out the problem. The 3 gentlemen I had I would recommend to anyone!! Special thanks to Aaron for all his hard work specifically!!

First time ever having a drainage issue and so glad we contacted Mr. Rooter. Aaron came out on a weekend emergency and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Excellent service and truly appreciate the level of care! Will definitely recommend to others.

Called and they were here and done within an hour. Very friendly worker. He was great and very polite.

Aaron came over on a Saturday and saved the day. Kitchen was backed up and we need a professional. Calling a plumber feels ominous and expensive. Not the case! So clean, fast, efficient and zero up sales like we have dealt with in the past. 10/10 recommend.

Mr. Rooter was easy to work with and friendly from the beginning. Their phone support was supportive and got us a technician to our home quickly. They are priced fairly and gave us all the information needed to file a homeowners insurance claim. No one likes to have an emergent plumbing situation in their home, but they got it fixed and took the stress away.

I can't say enough great words about this company on their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to the customer's needs. Aaron was always quick to respond and handled the heavy load of the insurance process. These guys know their business! Highly recommend! I read a couple reviews mentioning price being an issue. I own a construction company and I can clearly say, if you want cheap, then that is the work you will receive. This company does not do cheap work and I appreciate that.

My basement flooded with sewage with tree roots. Brandon came out immediately and cleared the line and showed me a video.

I wasnt expecting them to come out right away and not only fix the problem but connected me with someone to clean up the sewage too.

We have roots in our main drain and we have called on Mr. Rooter before. They were willing to work with us with our situation. Our techs have been friendly and efficient. Today Brandon helped us and he was thorough in his analysis and our options. We will for sure recommend them to anyone who asks

Came out to inspect my gray water tank because there was a small leak in one of the hoses. They turned my small leak into a full on faucet (for free!) and gave me a $1000 quote to fix the hose they damaged further and the pump that was fully functional.

Our tech Brandon arrived within an hour to help deal with our sewage line backup. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and offered a reasonable quote for the service l. He quickly got the blockage taken care of and took a look at a couple other issues for us. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10 service

I hate these big companies, they are overpriced, rude when answering the phone and are always reluctant to give you a quote up front, they wanted to charge a fee just to come out and when i was finally given an estimate it was close to $1000 for what most people charge half of that. Sad they think they can get away with stuff like this. Never go to these big companies, we went with someone else instead.

I don't recommend Mr. Rooter for any major plumbing work that you need done.

I hired Mr. Rooter to replace galvanized steel pipes throughout my house with PEX. While the end result of that did end up getting there, the attention to detail and care that they treated the job was extremely disappointing. From running pipes outside wall and floor cavities, to poor positioning of the pipes coming out of the walls, the result I got was very underwhelming and looked like that of a novice/amateur plumber.

Our tech, Jason StCharles is marvelous. Patient with his work, patient with us. Will not leave until the job is finished and done right. He is an asset to your business.

This company exceeded my expectations. Aaron was professional, efficient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled promptly and with great communication. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to others!!

Technicians were friendly, however, the actual problem was not located. Over $400.00 spent and the problem was not taken care of. Our septic was blamed, but after having it checked it was not the fault of the septic. I was told to call Mr rooter back and have them return to find the clog. We called all the next day and left messages, however, we have never received a call back from this company. We had to call another company, who pulled the toilet in the basement and found the clog and cleared it. We were very disappointed to lose our money. Lesson learned. Don't call this company.

Came back from a Europe trip around 11PM and immediately smelled sewage in the basement. Tried for hours to fix the issue but nothing worked so I called 4 different plumbing companies and Mr. Rooter Plumbing was the only company that actually responded with a live plumber at 1AM. Aaron came out and diagnosed our issue as roots in the main sanitary line. He immediately attended to the issue and hydro-jetted the roots in addition to some other guidance about how to move forward. We were expecting a massive bill with the nature of our emergency, but it was highly, highly competitive in comparison to the 4 other companies (ultimately it didn't matter since the others couldn't send a plumber out).

Aaron was amazing! Super patient with all of my questions and very personable considering that it was a stinky emergency at 1AM. Will be contacting them again to get quotes on additional services!

Our appointment was scheduled for the same day we called. The service man was efficient and effective. He had to leave to get another to solve a problem we discovered as he examined the pipes. I appreciate that kind of insight and service.
