Excellent Service! We live all the way up in Howard City and Keith came up to fix our Hot Water heater for a fraction of what another company quoted us at. With Thanksgiving coming, the other company had us planning on 7-9 days without hot water (waiting on the part) but he was out the next day. Cannot thank him enough!

Keith came out to replace a faulty gas control valve that was under warranty. He was able to come out a day before we scheduled and was in and out in 30 mins. He was very professional and left us with all the information we needed for our warranty reimbursement. Also, left us a card in case anything came up and said his work was guaranteed! Thanks Keith!

The owner seemed very friendly. I talked with what seemed to be the owner they don't have any hours lifted so just call them to set up an appointment or have any questions about their services

I had a frozen pipe with the cold weather. The owner was extremely knowledgeable with current and preventative solutions. He offered to come out in a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable price. On the way over, my pipe unfroze and I had running water. They were kind enough to cancel my emergency appointment and didn’t charge me any fees. I was very grateful during that stressful time!
