I had a problem wit my Kitche Aid refrigerator. It was showing a power outage on the front screen. It took a total of 5 technicians to figure it out . 5 different vists and multiple parts later they goter done. Even though it took longer then expected I am still very happy with the outcome. Each tech showed up on time and was very professional and I only had to pay the original price that I was quoted.

Technician was amazing!! He did a great job and my refrigerator is back up and running! Thank you so much!

Both technicians were very polite absolute gentleman. They worked very well together and very quickly and were very competent. They explained everything as they went. And I believe have fixed the problem.

Sears system is so secured up can't get hold any luve person. 8 hour window that is very inconvenience. First tech came on June 7th and call me when he was at my rental but one was home but he was friendly so come back after 2 hours and fixed this issue and told me sear system is so complex and demand for every single picture as proof. Unfortunately AC went out again so we recalled.
Second tech called me 3pm and said he will be there 4pm so my tenant wait for 8 hours. He was very rude and told me if no one open the door he will leave. I drive 45 min to meet him. He mention circuit break was off may be got ground rather than he find the issue ask to call electrician to fix furnace wire..weird

Diagnosed rollers needed replacement and completed in a timely manner.

A little disappointed. Our technician was nice and did a great job, but when I looked at my dryer I saw that he cracked the top. Nothing was said about it and now I have to try and get a hold of someone

My technician, Charles was very polite, respectful and very nice to work with. Charles is very knowledgeable and knew just how to diagnose my high efficiency washer, resulting in having to replace the pump. Charles ordered the new part and it arrived at my home a few days later.

Immediately, I received a text to schedule a technician to come and replace the pump, to complete the job.

I was so happy that Charles returned, and he was just as pleasant as the first time, such a kind person. Charles came right in ready to work. Charles replaced the pump, recalibrated the washing cycles and resolved the issue getting my High Efficiency washer working in tip top shape again! Thanks Charles, you are the best!

The technician that came out to fix my dryer was one of the best that I've ever dealt with. Not only did he do an excellent job, he educated me on other things I could do to make my entire system as safe as possible. I really appreciated his advice and professionalism. I highly recommend.

Don was great. He arrived on time, was polite, clearly very good at his job and communicated our options clearly and impartially.

My Friday 1 to 5 appointment was cancelled by the tech, he said he wouldn’t be able to make it. Set up another for Tuesday 1 to 5 (Tech said Monday he’s off). Tech cancelled that one about 4:20 without letting us know. If I cancel you charge me $45. Today’s tech said there’s nothing wrong with the smoking oven and charged me $149. Not happy!

I thought the technician was very good at his job. He was in and out of my house in about a half hour. The noise I had in my dryer is gone so you have A happy customer. Plus, he gave me some tips on better care of my washer and dryer, and he left the room is clean as when he found it

Scheduled a washer repair. No one showed up. Customer service is just a series of bots and no ability to reach a person. Super inconvenient, because we could have gone with another company and have the repair done.
