Brian was great at the house. Afterwards is a nightmare. Customer service has not responded to multiple requests for fixing the water heater. They said Brian has not turned in paperwork. He has been here twice and they wanted to send a third tech out. It’s been since November 17th and Sears has not emailed about any repair or replacement. The company and service(except for Brian) is a joke and unrealiable.

Jessup came but was unable to fix our refrigerator due to no available parts. He was very professional, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

Brian was a great technician! The only problem I have is the wait that my boys and I had to endure before our furnace got fixed. You also have no way for a customer to get through to your company. Only way was on the internet and everything is AI

Not so much the tech was bad. But we've been going through this same issue since Oct 2025. We've been told lies, no one seems to know what the other department is doing. I'm ready to cancel this warranty plan and call an attorney. I wouldn't recommend Sears home warranty to my worst enemy. Nothing but problems and poor workmanship . The questions below make no sense

Technician came out and could not figure out the problem with my washer so he said he would take the video and show the owner and get back with us in a week or so..WHAT??I need my washer.I got on you tube and low and behold I figured out the problem.I ordered the part and fixed it myself for $19.16.I will call DTE and let them know they need to find new company that knows how to repair appliances.
