My water heater started leaking, so I called Interstar Inc. They gave me an immediate appointment and treated it as a high priority. They sent a technician named Patt, who was highly professional and skilled. He completed the work quickly and accurately. I truly appreciate their excellent service.

Pat switched out our Bradford White 50 gallon quickly and efficiently. He did a great job and explained everything well at the end. Would highly recommend

My hot water tank went out on Sunday. I called around to get someone to come out and this was the only company I found who answered and was out within 1 hour. Pat came in and completed the job within 2 hours and did a wonderful job. He was very nice and very professional. He even explained everything upon the completion. I would definitely recommend this company.

Chris came out and did my new water heater install. Not only did he do an excellent job with the installation but noticed another problem that he went above and beyond to remedy at no extra charge! Great service from Ivan . I called to get a hot water heater replaced at 9am and the job was done by 2pm . Ivan explained everything about the new water heater and did a thorough job cleaning up when he was done . I would highly recommended them for any plumbing work that needs to be done !

I spent the last few days working on my water heater a few days ago. I requested a quote, but I asked several questions in regards to how I can repair it myself to the potential install installer. He answered every question gave me pointers. Finally I decided to throw in the towel today Monday around 3:45 PM. He said don’t worry. I’ll be out in about 45 minutes to install a new one. The entire team was incredible answering questions installing the attention to detail. I think they are more than five stars and should be recognized as that I’m glad Home Depot has them representing them honest efficient kind Skilled. The installer Stanley, the nicest guy you’ll ever meet his skill set and the speed and accuracy how he worked 10 stars out of five.

Pat was amazing today! We called for a new hot water tank and in less than three hours, Pat was here and our new hot water heater was installed. Pat is very professional, cleaned everything up and showed us how to light the pilot, turn everything on and off and what to do if we had any problems. This is the second time we’ve done business with Macomb Water Heater and we can’t recommend this company enough!

I love how they are open 7 days a week. Emailed them in the evening and at 7am the next morning I received a call and was scheduled for service a few hours later that same morning. Technician Chris was on time, knowledgable and was an absolute perfectionist with his work. Highly recommended for water heater service and replacement.

Pat came out and replaced our hot water heater after it went out the day before. They were very accommodating and came earlier than the anticipated time. He walked us through every step how long it would take to replace and showed us all the valves and what to do. We couldn’t be happier!

Just finished installing my new toilet. Arrived on time and completed the installation quickly. Left bathroom super clean and even took away the old toilet so I don't have to dispose of it. I called Macomb Water Heaters since my water heater broke and I had water in my basement. They responded immediately snd Stanley was the technician. He arrived within 30 minutes of my call, gave me a quote and completed the removal & install within 2-hours. Stanley also installed a pan under the new water heater should there be a future issue and connected it to an existing floor drain. Excellent work and price !

We had a great experience with macomb water heater. We called on a Saturday morning for a leaking water heater and they came out within a few hours. The price was competitive. Pat, the installer, was friendly, on time, and cleaned the area when he finished the work. He also took the time to walk me through the operation of the heater and basic troubleshooting in case of emergency.

Excellent work! Excellent price! Chris delivers meticulous work and it shows. Numerous contractors that I’ve had out comment on the work done stating “nice job”. The price was much lower compared to Home Depot and Lowe’s… plus their product of Bradford White is superior in the plumbing field.

Phenomenal service! I needed a gas line replaced for a dryer hookup and not only was Chris out in minutes, he charged literally half the price of Hoover plumbing! Thank goodness for Macomb Water Heater… literally saving me from financial ruination!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Called first thing in the morning to try to get a replacement water heater installed same day so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. Got an appointment and a firm price over the phone with availability same day. The technician was at my house within a couple hours of calling, explained the situation and some options without any upsell, and had everything completed just after lunch. They use Bradford White which is a reputable brand and offer their service at what I feel is a reasonable price. The install was done very professionally and up to code by Stanley. Highly recommend these folks for anyone in need of a new water heater!

I called Macomb Water heater last Tuesday. They provided me a VERY competitive quote over the phone defining the new hot water heater and scope of work. They aligned with my schedule the following day for installation. The team provided additional extras that were installed and did an amazing job! Seamless installation, cleaned up and took the old heater away. I would give a higher rating if I was able. HIGHLY reccommend!

Came to the basement in the late morning and noticed water all over the basement floor. Realized our hot water tank had been leaking, was able to call Macomb Water Heater and they came out 3 hours later and were able to install a brand new water heater that day. Pat came by and did an excellent job
