I came back from work and found a water leak around the water heater. I decided to replace the water heater since it has been used for 17 years. My neighbor gave me their contact, and a few neighbors already used their service.

Called them at 8:30 and spoke with Standley. The price included labor and a new water heater, everything. We scheduled the next day, and Standley came over on time. He did an excellent job replacing the old one and installing the new one. Less than 3 hours, it's done. Everything was made clear upfront, and it's an easy and smooth installation with no surprises. A bonus was that Stanley even installed a pan underneath the heater to catch leaking water in the future.

Overall, it's a really good experience, and if you ever feel stressful to find a reliable and professional service provider, you should try this one. It really gives peace of mind.

Interstar/MacombWaterHeater did a wonderful job. Our water heater broke and needed replacement and they were out the same day and done quickly, within a couple hrs. Pat did an awesome job. He was friendly and professional, and was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Pat did an excellent job with my installation. Also the team which attended me by phone and in person in the office. They were on time, professional and clearly explained what they were doing before getting started. The work was completed efficiently, everything was installed correctly, and the area was left clean when finished. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an installation done.

Stanley was our plumber who came out less than 3 hours after we called and replaced our hot water heater. He Did a great job! Very knowledgeable and friendly! And we are so thankful to not be without hot water! Thank you!

I phoned Macomb Water Heater (MWH) late in the morning looking to preventively replace my nearly 23 year old water heater before it “gave up the ghost.” I was looking for a Bradford White brand water heater which my research had revealed to be one of, if not the very top pick, amongst residential water heaters. I did not mind paying a few extra dollars for quality and longevity. MWH were the highest rated local contractors referred by the manufacturer’s website for my South Oakland county location. My call was answered directly by Chris who was extremely knowledgeable and discussed some possible options for my particular situation.
Stan showed up early afternoon, the very same day, within a minute or two of the time communicated by a call from the central office. After briefly reiterating details of the water heater we’d purchased as well as noting his intent to replace a few valves and a portion of the natural gas line (at no extra charge), he got straight to work. Working alone, he completed the job in approximately 90 minutes. Stan could not have been nicer or more professional in appearance and demeanor. He also left the worksite spotless and our old water heater was hauled away to be “put out to pasture”.
Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the entire process of having my old faithful water heater be replaced by Macomb Water Heater (MWH). That the individual answering the phone is so knowledgeable along with extremely prompt and professional installation is a rare commodity in my experience. I won’t hesitate to call MWH should I need service or refer friends and/or family in need of their service.

I had a new Kohler toilet installed and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Chris arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with professionalism.

The installation was done carefully and correctly, with attention to detail. He respected my home and made sure the area was cleaned when he finished.

WOW!!! First thing I'm going to do is throw away any business cards or phone numbers I have for other plumbing companies! I called for an issue I had in my basement and they had someone come out less than 2 hours later. The gentleman Mike and his helper were very nice and professional. They also provided me with various tips and helpful things to do or look for from here on out. I'm definitely going to recommend calling them first before anyone else for future plumbing issues. Terrific experience- my rental property sewer was blocked and it was a Saturday morning. Not only did Mr. Rooter take my phone call, but the two technicians dispatched were amazing. They explained the service choices and costs, they were pleasant to the tenants, cleared some very tough roots from the sewer, and cleaned up.
Highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Mr. Rooter was able to help promptly with a significant sewer issue. Their communication was superb—said they would call back if they could do it and did, plus email confirmation and communication when they were on the way—and their prices were very reasonable. Greg was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter again for my plumbing issues.

The dig crew Diego and Willie were excellent! The had a make it happen attitude and Diego had great expertise to get a challenging job complete! Also, Tony for having the sense of urgency we really needed to get it permitted and schedules asap!

Greg was awesome! Couldn’t have asked for a better tech. We needed help installing a dishwasher because the plumbing in the house is older and unfamiliar. He eliminated some unnecessary lines, made things flush and easy to get to, had great knowledge,, professionalism and great energy with a desire to be helpful and thorough. Made same day appointment 7am today. Got a call at 3pm Mr. Rooter can't show up. I took off work today based on this appointment. Too late in the day and slots with other businesses are full. Beyond upset. This literally cost me a lot of money and time and now I have to take ANOTHER day off work to have someone service our home. If you don't have capacity to fulfill an appointment or it's a chance you can't make it.. SAY THAT FIRST! Give clear expectations upfront instead of putting people in a position that leaves them worse off. Costly mistake contacting this business.

Bobby showed up on time. He was professional and explained what he was going to do to help me out with the replacement of the toilet. He went right to work and even cleaned up after himself. I look forward to seeing him again when I need more help with plumbing issues.

Austin was our service tech and got my drain cleared very quickly. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed him for. Rooter Plumbing hires the best guys to service you and have affordable rates for service. I’ll continue to use them going forward for all plumbing related needs.

The technician seemed ok but based on my experience the office support staff is utterly incompetent. The project had to be delayed because the office manager waited until half an hour before the job was supposed to start to call for my credit card information. The office had called a couple days earlier to confirm but made no mention of needing a card at that time. When I complained about having lost the appointment the office manager accused me of trying to avoid paying - even though giving her the card information was never a problem! Calling half an hour ahead of time when I wasn't available and then cancelling the job (even though I returned the call within half an hour) was the problem. She refused to give me the name or any contact information of the franchise owner apparently aware of her own dysfunction and not wanting anyone at the company to find out. Would not use again and would not recommend.
