I was SO pleased with my experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I called Thursday evening, seeking help with a non-functioning toilet. I have two little ones and only one bathroom, so it was a pressing situation. We made an appointment for the following morning, which was their earliest availability. I got a call back and one of their dispatchers, Tommy, made the choice to come out that same night to get it taken care of. Tommy was quick, professional, and friendly. I am so appreciative that he extended his workday to help my family!

James from Mr Rooter was outstanding! Explaining our plumbing issues and options for repair. He worked late into the evening so that we would be able to shower and flush! Great man, great service. Highly recommend.

I called Mr. Rooter and got same-day service on a new toilet installation! Greg was very nice, professional, and efficient! He did a great job and I know it was done right!

Plumber came same day. Very pricey though. Wanted to charge $750 to replace 2 toilet wax rings. Way too much money. May be a standard price for them, but not me. I will not be calling them for my future needs. I gave two stars because they came same day.

Jimmy our plumber was amazing! He gave a good breakdown on the estimate and was very knowledgeable. He also made quick and easy work on the install of the water softener and heater. The only problem we had was with the sync system that’s used for the payment plan. Even with both me and my husbands income/credit they would not approve us even for the lowest payment of $80 a month. Overall a great company to work with they just need a better payment plan system.

The plumbers were courteous, educated me on the issues, and provided upfront and clear costs. I didn’t have to tell them to cover their shoes before coming in or to clear their mess. Our job: replaced 70 ft of pipe from house to septic tank and repaired a pipe that came apart and caused water damage.

Ed came out and braced the sub zero temps and repaired a major water line leak for me. They were patient and super friendly and made me feel like I was helpful when I hardly knew anything that was going on. It’s hard to find a company to come out and service mobile homes, and they did not hesitate. Will be calling them when we have another problem come up. Very grateful!

I am beyond happy at this time. I bought my house in February of 2024 and it’s my first house. When my plumbing backed up I became very fraught and frustrated. But once I reached out to Mr rooter they were here same day and were able to get the issues diagnosed and fixed in two days. My Tech Dante Whitsett was amazing as well. Very polite,kind, and knowledgeable. He helped in ways I couldn’t have expected. And I am so grateful. Even after the main Jetting my plumbing inside was still clogged. Extremely impressed by the great service I received! Called and they were out to my house within an hour. I had an appointment later that day so Greg came back after to finish the job, which was extremely accommodating. Had a whole new hot water tank installed within 2 hours. I'll definitely be using their services in the future.

Great service. Help with finished basement sewer smell. Took time to understand our water and sewage system. Identified several possible sources. Ed explained as he moved to each possible. Isolated a sink drain and tightened connection. Verified that clogging and venting not issue; verified all sinks and drains in area were properly installed and working. Since the smell is intermittent, will have to wait for a few weeks before determining the problem was corrected. Ed was very knowledgeable and focused on finding the source and solution. Will definitely call Mr Rooter again for any future plumbing issues. All this at a great price.

I had a back up in my plumbing. Noah came out and snaked the pipe from the clean out to the tank. He was out there for almost 4 hours. Working the entire time. Freezing cold while snowing some of the time and he never gave up. Appears to be a great company with Noah being a great guy. I wouldn’t let this guy go!

My basement flooded over night. I called Mr. Rooter and they were able to schedule someone within the hour. Tommy came over and fixed my sump pump. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained everything to me and made sure the job was completed correctly the first time. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Tommy.

James B. did an exceptional job redoing the plumbing for my daughter’s bathroom sink. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and clearly takes great pride in his work. He explained every step of the process, made sure the materials were top-quality, and left everything spotless when he was done.

The difference in water flow and overall functionality is amazing—it’s like a brand-new bathroom! It’s rare to find a plumber who combines technical skill, reliability, and genuine care for the customer, but James does all three.

He was fast, and when the job was complete, he even cleaned the bottom of the cabinet with Clorox cleaner, put everything back, and voila! We were back in business.. wonderful service. Called Mr Rooter and Ron the tech was out this afternoon. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The cost was less than I expected. If ever we are in need of a plumber again, our first call will be to Mr Rooter and request Ron as our go to guy. A job well done.

There wasn't a spot left dirty before he left. James assured us that if there were any issues within 30 days after, all we needed to do was call and they would be back out and take care of it.
