Never even got the tech to come to the house. First appointment was cancelled because the driver had an accident. Alright no big deal. 2nd appointment I had plenty of contact with the technician, but the 4-6 appointment time window came and gone when by 8 he was still not there. Said they would have the office contact me to reschedule again. That was 2 days ago and have not had contact to reschedule. I went with another contractor.

So far We have had very good luck with them
They came out right away two days before new years and replaced the furnace the same day. There were no emergency fees for short notice.
Their prices seemed about the same as the others and we have been very happy with the service so far

Jacob has been very conscientious in servicing my furnace and ensuring that everything works properly. I am impressed with the friendly and effective service I have received!

Chad carefully examined, diagnosed, and performed the required maintenance on the furnace and left me feeling confident that I found an excellent company to keep the HVAC system in my home running well into the future.

Gavin is a very knowledgeable technician who patiently showed us how to replace the filter pad on our humidifier and showed us pictures of the dust in our air ducts. He instructed us how to manage our furnace and air conditioner after some home remodeling and why a higher MERV air filter may put too much strain on the furnace motor.

Gavin was professional very calm very reassuring he knows what he's doing he assessed the problem told me other potential problems that might come along later like as far as cleaning out the wheel all the dust in there he talked me through the process he fixed the problem and now we have heat we are so grateful for this company he makes you feel very comfortable this company is legit and is rated on the better Business bureau if you have problems with your heat or your cooling this place is the place for you if you live out in White Lake Michigan area Waterford area Michigan give this place a call I will always now refer to this company if I have any heating or cooling needs I give this gentleman above 10 Stars thank you so much

Spoke with Matt over at Davids Heating and Cooling and the service was incredible. They were closed for a legal holiday but when I explained my issue to Matt he patiently walked me through troubleshooting the issue for over a half hour without billing anything. I ended up scheduling him to come out next week for maintenance but I'm still blown away that he spent over a half hour with me, someone who's never used their service and at that point was not a customer.

Austin and Jacob replaced my old AC equipment. They were efficient, pleasant, and a great representative of your company! Well done!
