I honestly didn’t expect to notice much after getting my air ducts cleaned, but I was wrong! Alex from the Top Air Solutions did a phenomenal job — the air in my home feels fresher, and my sinuses are thanking me)

The guy that came to service our home was very nice and helpful during the service but that's where the good experience ends. My central air was working perfectly fine before we had Top Air come out to clean our vents. Afterwards, the vents stopped blowing cold air. We called the company to advise of the situation and they sent the same technician out to troubleshoot the issue. He advised that there was nothing wrong with what he did and that'd he have his supervisor reach out. That was on Tuesday night. Wednesday came and went, no call. I called on Thursday morning and had to leave a message before I would get a call regarding the issue. Of course the supervisor advised that the issue has nothing to do with the service based on the paperwork he had infront of him. Didn't make sense to me because it worked before the service and didn't after, so I asked for a manager. No manager was in for a couple hours so he said he'd have them call me back. Thankfully we went out of town later that day and didn't have to withstand no AC over the hot weekend because I never got that call from a manager. Called back Monday morning and left a message (because they never answer the phone, you always have to leave a message regarding what you're calling about). A manager did call me but since I was at work, I missed the call and tried calling back but of course had to leave a voicemail. Still no resolution as of Wednesday morning (over a week later). Crazy to me because I spent $1200 with this company (after they talked me into an air purifier) when I only called them out based on an $89 summer cleaning special.

They did an amazing job! I'm a new homeowner and found out the vents hadn't been previously cleaned. Ron & Carlos were very thorough in cleaning and explaining the whole process. Will definitely use them again
