Professionally done. New High efficiency furnace. Here on time. Completed in 5-6 hours. Cleaned up after they were done. Explained the unit and Thermostat functions. Now we are toasty warm on a 20 degree, snowy, Michigan evening in February.

Chad from HVAC Comfort came by to check out my furnace. Found a dead bird in the exhaust 😳. Cleaned it all up and fixed things up beautifully. Jacob again diagnosed and fixed my heating problem. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He was a true “mench” throughout his whole visit today. He repeatedly offered to answer any questions and only left once he made sure that I was satisfied and that he had cleaned up 100% from his work.

Austin L. and Austin O. cleaned our vents today. Both gentlemen were very polite and efficient. They took before and after pictures of the vents, and I was very happy with the results. They were also very mindful of my cats, being sure not to leave any doors open for them to get out. It was a good experience.

Technician Gavin from David's Heating and Cooling was very thorough during inspection and explained everything with a lot of patience.The videos of the inspection was made very clear for us to understand the problems. Such an knowledgeable young man. I give five stars for his good, clean work!

Clarke, Dylan and Marshall were great. Covered the floors and cleaned up after they were done. Clarke went through the system with us after the installation, showing us the updates from the old system and the differences.
Great working with them.
We stopped for a short lunch break of burgers and fries that we made them. Really, it was an enticement to keep them working. But they were very appreciative.

I would give six stars if I could! Jacob was awesome and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I love that he had a snake cam and was able to show me the innards of my 15 year old furnace, which is still in good shape. I signed up for the affordable semi annual maintenance to keep things running smooth for many more years. I've also heard from other people in the neighborhood that this company will never tell you you need new major components unless you absolutely need them. UPDATE. I've had them out twice since my 1st visit and the review holds up true. Jacob is super thorough and knowledgeable.

We had our furnace die on a Sunday morning at 9am. Dave had a team here by 10:30am to determine that the heat element had cracked. We needed a new furnace and it was completed the next day in -16 weather by 2pm. Well done guys!! I recommend them highly!!!

They did an amazing job installing my furnace e.They took the time to educate me and explain the installation process . That really impressed me because some companies don't explain their work. Called last night when my heater went out. They scheduled me 1st thing in the morning. Chad showed up early and was very professional. He quickly spotted the issue a circuit board. He also spotted problems that I have been having with my a/c. Which has been pretty inefficient as well as some problems that effect my blower motor efficiency. It's not going to be a cheap fix but it should save me money in the long run. Thanks Chad for your professional and fast service. Looking forward to getting everything done.

Jacob D went above and beyond for us today, assessing and diagnosing our HVAC system issues while being at our house for over 4 hours. He was thorough, patient, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. 1000/10 I’d recommend him and would use him again for any future HVAC issues.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish! Called on a Thursday to schedule a tune up/check of our spotty furnace, Chad was out the next day and was very thorough explaining everything to us and offering us different options. So, I had some humidity issues in the house and called a few HVAC companies. David's had the best service call price & the quickest appointment available, so I scheduled & they came out.
Gavin showed up to check out my issue. Super nice guy, very polite and respectful of the home. He did some diagnostics, took some videos and pictures and shared them with me. During the process there were a couple of hiccups, but instead of trying to hide them, he let me know and fixed the issues at no additional cost to me.
I am happy with the service and integrity of the company and Gavin and will definitely become a repeat customer this Spring with it comes time to have the A/C serviced.

I highly recommend David’s Heating & Cooling. Gavin thoroughly checked my furnace and humidifier. He sent videos to my phone while he was checking everything and explained his findings in great detail. He was at my house for 2 hours for an amazing service charge of $49. The best $49 I’ve spent in a long time!!

I was assisting a customer to try to get a furnace replaced call the number and the location here in Southfield state is 3 miles away from my customer. And they do not service Detroit. So that’s a bummer.

Chad the tech was outstanding. He explained everything about the furnace and did a awesome job with fixing the furnace. I Highly recommend the company from the job performed by Chad. I'm sure they have all awesome employees based on the employee they sent out today to fix my furnace. Everyone was nice even the lady who took the phone call about my furnace. Thank you all kindly.
