Excellent service all around. Jacob D was our tech and he did a super thorough job. He communicated with us the whole time during our inspection and gave us info/data to work with when making decisions on how to proceed. Highly recommend.

This is our first experience with David's Heating and Cooling. Our regular company didn't call us back. I did a google search and prayed I got a hold of a reputable company. Our air conditioner went out in very hot weather. A technician was sent out next day. I appreciate their communication calls and the tracking features updating you with your techs arrival time are so easy to use. Jacob exceeded our expectations. He was extremely polite and paid attention to every detail. From covering his shoes without being asked to do so and taking videos with explanations attached showing us exactly what the problem was. Jacob worked diligently in this heat completely the job quickly. We made sure to cover up our old company stickers with theirs so we always know who to call. Thank you so much Jacob! Our home is so cool and comfortable.

Today was the second check-up visit with Chad. He typically has an apprentice with him learning, and today it was Gavin. Both guys were nice to have in our home, personable, explained things clearly, and were thorough in their work. There were a couple things with my system which needed to be addressed, so they talked through options, pricing, and answered questions. I never felt pressured. I had them take one action and want to think about the other, so they offered to follow up with an email and info so I can review and think about it.

If you're in the market for a service partner, I'd recommend these guys.

Chad was excellent! He showed up on time, was very professional and kept me fully informed on his findings. I had a great experience with David’s overall and will be using them again.

Chad was great! He fixed our pilot light sensor issue and took the time to explain what is going on with our furnace, showed us pictures he took of it, and provided maintenance options. Highly recommend!

Chad was polite, patient, professional and thorough. We felt good about the way he communicated and clarified things for us so that we could confidently make our decisions.

Victor was main communicator. Both guys worked very hard and stayed at it for 8 hours +.
Worked up quite a sweat!
Polite, efficient and hard working.
Cleaned up pretty well, too.
(Now, assuming city inspections go well…)
The entire job, from initial quote to completion was literally 3 days.
That was greatly appreciated.
All in all, very satisfied.

I really appreciate the high level education & communication provided by Chad. I called their team and even the receptionist was pleasant. I was able to have an appointment scheduled within 24 hours. The way they explain what’s needed with pictures is super impressive. The $49 service fee is greatly appreciated during times like this, too. When I decide to move forward, it will be with their team. Chad was super cool and I’d recommend their business to anyone after my experience!

Jason was amazing! He quickly got our heat working again during the coldest time of the year. He diagnosed the issue, set us up with a temporary fix, sent us an estimate for the proper work, and came back to complete it the next day. Could not be happier with the service!
