Nice company to do business with. Needed to replace my furnace due to cracks in the heat exchanger. I was really impressed by the customer service. They came at scheduled time and was reliable. The technician did not leave until the furnace was running properly. Very happy with the work.

They gave us a relief in a very stressful situation when our heater wasn't working and they worked on it in less than an hour and it was back to its normal.

After having my air conditioner's leak checked by two businesses, who were unsuccessful, I phoned Diaz Heating & Air Conditioning. Ken arrived and discovered the leak in less than three minutes, while Jeff worked behind the scenes to obtain the part and arrange for the repair. My air conditioner was back in operation thanks to excellent teamwork before I even started to sweat. I wholeheartedly endorse this business.

They came out the same day I booked the appt thru Sears even though they were on the far opposite side of town and it was already night when they arrived. In less than an hour they had the heat on again and told me why it wasnt working and what to do next.

Three trips out and they still couldn't diagnose the problem with my furnace. 5 days without heat. Called another company and they had it up and running in less than an hour.

Update: he couldn’t fix my furnace. He kept me waiting all day and finally showed up after 9 p.m. He never fixed anything and thinks he did me a favor by only charging me $80 without actually fixing anything. Totally incompetent and dishonest in my opinion.

Really impressed with the service and work. Tech was on time, followed COVID guidance and was very courteous. My ac went out and i called this company. They responded very quickly and got my unit fixed the NEXT DAY! This is pretty awesome considering the times we’re in. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what he was completing. The fix was quick, even with as much as i had go bad on my unit. I seriously HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Thanks again.
