I had never heard of Air Doctors until my furnace went out the last few days. I googled Heating and Cooling Company's in my area to see possibly which one would come out after 7pm, since they advertise 24 hour service, which is a joke! I left my name, address, and phone number with their answering service, along with a detailed reason for my call. She said she would forward my call to the company to see if a tech could be dispatched out to my home. I should have known that they weren't going to come out that late. False advertising for sure. There is no such thing as 24 hour service. It's just a way to get you to leave your information. But, today is Wednesday, January 24, 2024, and it's 11:20 am and I have yet to receive a call from anyone from this company. Looking at their website, it appears they only like to work in Oakland County.

I do not need your service at this time. I have a reputable, local company coming out that I was referred to. I would never refer Air Doctors Heating and Cooling for sure.

Easy scheduling, great communication and service. The technician, Miles was polite and professional and explained everything in an easily understandable way. When he discovered an issue, I didn’t feel like he was looking for the quick and easy answer or the most expensive solution, but the right answer and solution.

The job took extra time and effort, and that was given. I would not have been surprised or upset if it had cost more than estimated, but it wasn’t. Great price and results. Very happy!

Mr. Miles is professional and hard working. He didn't stop until my furnace was repaired and working properly. I will recommend him for anyone to work on their furnace for a repair job. He will also ask if there anything else that's needed to be done in your home concerning the work that is listed on their sight. Air Doctor is great and will tell you the truth about what is needed for your home.

Melissa answered my call and displayed a high level of professionalism from the first time we spoke. Once the tech Myles arrived he further displayed professionalism, he also took the time to explain the problem I was experiencing with my furnace. Melissa followed up after the tech which made me more comfortable to continue with the installation of a brand new unit! I am so satisfied with Air Doctors; their professionalism, excellent communication, and time management skills are unmatched! I would recommend them hands down!! I’d consider myself a customer for life!

My experience with Air Doctors exceeded expectations. The receptionist is friendly, the sales representative and both technicians (Ryan and Hassan) were respectful of my needs and home. My wife and I have had bad experiences with the construction industry recently. It's refreshing to encounter a company who values its customers.

My technician Theron was very helpful and professional. He has came out to us twice for two different appliances in the last few months. My wife and I are confident that he will get the job done! He is qualified as well as knowledgeable regarding appliances.

My husband and I had Air Doctors out to our house for a furnace servicing and to receive estimates for other services on Saturday. They sent us back a comprehensive estimate write up with add-on services as requested the very same night. Once we agreed to the services, they were prompt in scheduling and were back on Wednesday to complete the requested boot fix, furnace return repair, and to install a new dryer vent system. We could not have been happier with their services. Their prices are high, but more than fair for the quality of service and the professionalism of their crew.

My furnace stopped working and I found Air Doctors online and saw the great reviews, so i called them after work (5pm on Monday) and they were able to get someone out the next morning (Tuesday). Brynn showed up and found that there were a few issues. He was professional and super knowledgeable. One of the issues he found was that my ducts had never been cleaned and the fan needed to be replaced. I decided to go ahead with getting the ducts cleaned and he got a crew scheduled for the next day (Wednesday). Jason and Arley showed up and were awesome! I cannot express how great they were to work with and the level of service they provided. After cleaning the ducts they found another issue and stayed hours ensuring there was an explanation to what they were seeing. Thank you very much Jason, Arley and Brynn. You guys are great and I would have you back anytime!

Air Doctors is great! They were able to fit me in on a weekend with no additional charge. The tech arrived promptly, figured out the issue, got the furnace working again, and explained everything to me in detail. Highly recommend!

The whole Air Doctors team is great to work with. They replaced my AC and furnace along with installed a zoning kit. The difference in comfort level is amazing! Brynn, Corey, and Jose were all wonderful people to work with. Brynn was extremely low pressure for sales and you can tell he wants the best for his customers and wants customers for life. I am definitely one now!

Hottest day of the summer, and our AC breaks down! Air Doctor came out same day, promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and within 30 minutes we had AC again. Cost was very reasonable, and technician very knowledgable and professional. We've had bad experiences with other companies, but this one was great. We'll definitely use them in the future!

Just had them back out for another service call. James was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Again, very satisfied with the service!

Furnace went out in the dead of winter. I called at 7am and we had a service tech over in hours. After realizing the furnace was shot, we lined up installation the very next day. The crew stayed for 13 hours making sure me and my family had heat. Everyone was great but Race went above and beyond. Communicated well, professional service. Highly recommend!

They showed up promptly and Jim was very knowledgeable and informative. Easily the most pleasant guy I’ve had in my house for any type of work. He did everything he could to ensure the furnace was fixed, the house was safe and he gave me tons of information to keep it that way into the future.

We had Jason and Jim come out to our place to fix a few gas leaks. They were extremely pleasant to work with, informative, patient, and produced high quality work! I say this because after the initial gas leaks were found, they found a ton more, and stuck with us to ensure that we were safe and got the job done before the day was over. These two were easily the best for the job, and my family and I are very pleased with the work they’ve done.

We had Air Doctors do a home energy audit for us, and were extremely pleased with the way they broke down and explained the results to us in a way that was easy to understand.

We also had them install an ERV to improve indoor air quality, as well as zoning to address the disparity between our upstairs and downstairs temperature. They were able to complete all of this in 2 days, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Our home is much more comfortable!

The zoning project was completed on a Thursday, and I messaged Brynn on Friday, asking if someone could come out the following Monday because the air flow seemed off. He was quick to respond and sent a tech out on Sunday to make the necessary adjustments.

Tom is a true asset to Air Doctors. He went above and beyond when making my repairs. I also met the owner and can say they are very customer oriented. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family without hesitation. They will be my choice in the future for furnace and air conditioning, as well as other services that they offer.

The Air Doctor (Brian Cooksey) was very professional. He took his time and explained everything that he had to offer. His Team that installed my air unit and furnace were on time and professional as well. It's been approximately a year now and they have contacted me several times to make sure everything was working properly and, to change my filters. I used Air Doctors to repair my furnace. After calling around, these guys were the only ones able to have someone come out same day. Miles was very professional and great at explaining all that was wrong with my furnace. He had my family's safety as a concern because one of safety switches was not properly attached. My furnace stopped. I'm new to the area and about to endure my forst Michigan winter. I called Air Doctors due to excellent reviews. In less than 24 hours they sent Jim. He was absolutely professional, courteous and most importantly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue then gave me a run down on my unit (new home owner.) He slso confirmed some concerns I had which helped me develop a game plan for moving forward. Excellent experience with Jim Morasso and Air Doctors! My furnace stopped working on a cold night. Jim showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got the furnace fixed in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. After the work was completed, he gave me an air quality report. The report was good for the most part, and Jim showed me solutions for some of the issues that could be improved. Service technician called ahead and updated us on his anticipated arrival time.

When he arrived he checked over the thermostat, furnace and condenser, and quickly identified the issue.

He was extremely courteous and asked me several times if I had any questions.

Once the repair was completed, he checked the ventilation within the home to ensure air was flowing properly throughout our home.

I would recommend Air Doctors to anyone with a heating or cooling issue!
