I called with my issue and was able to secure an appointment same day. My technicians were wonderful to work with. They called and were able to arrive earlier than the appointment time. They were very thorough and explained everything extensively and clearly so I could understand. They were very polite and professional. The work was completed quickly and I am very pleased with my service. Will use again and recommend to others.

I've had a maintenance plan with Air Doctors for a year now -- they always explain what the numbers mean on their tests at the end of the tune-ups and never try to oversell me on parts or upgrades but explain what the benefits would be if I choose (and there's no pressure to decide that day -- I waited a year to replace a part that was going downhill over 4 visits and never felt pressured). I've worked mostly with Ryan, and he's very friendly and professional!

We had an all home generator installed. From Brynn that came out to give us an estimate to having it installed, everything went as planned. Tom was the installer and he did a wonderful job. We felt as if we were working with a friend. We was friendly, had a great sense of humor and worked professionally and went up and beyond our expectations. Our city inspector said he has never seen such a good job on the way it was installed. I would definitely recommend them for a generator, which is a certified Generac installer. Good job Tom.

I had a great experience dealing with Air Doctors Heater. What impressed me was the first call. I spoke with Camille and her pleasant and joyful attitude drew me right in! She explained the process and set me up with an appointment the next day.
My appointment was from 1-5pm, however, I received a call about 9:45ish asking if I was available now? I spoke with Miles and he was here in 10 minutes. I was working, and Miles came in with a very pleasant attitude. Miles accessed the problem and explained what it would take to get my AC flowing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Air Doctors Heating and Cooling, LLC., and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their service, especially the technician, Jim. My furnace had stopped heating, and Jim quickly assessed the issue with my furnace and explained the problem to me in a way that I could easily understand. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. My furnace is now working perfectly, and my home is warm and comfortable once again. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating and cooling solutions.

I called Air Doctors and they had a Technician out the same day! Miles is an outstanding Technician. He was very knowledgeable diagnosing the issue with my Central Air unit. He was honest and quick to return and make the necessary repairs as soon as he got the part. I Greatly appreciate His knowledge and devotion to his job and his customer. Air Doctors installed my furnace a couple years ago, that experience was great. But my review is for the service I received today.

We woke up and the house was COLD. The furnace had power, but wasn’t clicking on. Air doctors had a tech out within the hour.

My tech Miles was prompt, courteous and KNOWLEDGEABLE. He went through all the different possibilities and ended up locating a wiring issue from the old thermostat (not installed by AirDoctors). He was able to fix the wires and restore my heat.

Jason was the most professional, thorough, and intelligent contractor that has ever set foot in my home. He walked me through everything he was doing and made sure I understood. I am more than pleased with the services that the Air Doctors provided for my family. I called Brynn because I wasn't completely satisfied with the customer service and finance options with the other company that I was set with for my AC installation. Brynn answered ALL of my questions thoroughly and took his time explaining things. When we talked about pricing, I told him about all the estimates that I had and the price that I was given from the other company I was going with. Brynn said that he won't be the cheapest, but he is worth it. And he didn't lie, the price was higher than the other company but was still reasonable for all that you get. He sent Mike out to the house 2 days later (during a heatwave mind you). And he was just as thorough. He did a FULL diagnosis of our home and made great suggestions. Not one time did anyone pressure us to make a decision everyone is knowledgeable and thorough with their jobs. Jose came out at spent the entire day doing our new installation and was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and time. I honestly don't think that I could have received better service or product from anyone else. These folks are amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend going with the Air Doctors. I could go on and on because there's so much to say about this company, but I'll stop here.You truly get what you pay for.

Our washer displayed an error and wouldn’t drain a load of towels. No matter how many resets, it just wouldn’t work. We have an appliance protection plan through Consumers and contacted them. In all the years we have had the plan, we rarely had a company come out and actually repair the appliances. It’s usually excuses on why it can’t be repaired. Not this time! Theron of Air Doctors H&C, showed up within the allocated timeframe and went right to work. Took him only a few minutes to diagnose the problem and provide a solution. He was able to drain the washer from a manual drain that we didn’t know existed; clean it out and got it working again. He also recommended a new part which he ordered and will install when the part arrives.

Words cannot express how extremely happy we were! Not having to go to the laundromat is great! Theron was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful by providing us with information about the drain and cleaning it out periodically that we never even knew was there. He provided Excellent customer service! We will definitely ask for Air Doctors/Theron (if available) in the future!

They recently installed a new furnace into my home, y'all mine was on it’s last leg and I definitely waited too long to get it done. However my experience with them was exceptional. Melissa answered all my questions when I called in and I had a lot. Then the consultation went very smooth. The tech was young but extremely thorough, they trained him well. The install was smooth and I turned my heat up to 78 because I wanted to feel it all..lol
I just really appreciate them taking care of me. Y'all have a customer for life!

Very impressed with the services provided by Air Doctors. Their technician, Jim Morasso, was very pleasant and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way to look at my furnace, figured out what was wrong immediately. Stated he would order the parts and probably call me back in two days which he did. Installed the inducer motor timely, efficiently & made sure there were no other issues. Really appreciated the professionalism and timely response, definitely recommend using this company!!

Air Doctors installed my Generac whole house generator, so I'm much more confident facing future storms. I had had other companies give me estimates of what I would need to protect my whole house, but A-D was much more thorough in explaining my options. The installation was completed as scheduled and very professionally. I am always full of questions when work is being done on my house and Tom, the lead installer, was quite patient and always willing to answer and explain. In addition, factoring in all the side benefits (10 yr warranty, all-inclusive service & maintenance policy, 0% financing) their price was lower than any of the other companies that had quoted me prices. I also liked that it was an established local business with excellent ratings by consumer advisory organizations like BBB, etc. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Our A/C unit went out on the hottest day of the year so far. I called Air Doctors after a previous service call two years ago and the Tech diagnosed and corrected the issue very quickly.

This time, I spoke with Sydney, one of the sweetest and most professional people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She offered options to finance the emergency repair after I told her that we were unable to work an unexpected repair into our bills this month. She even contacted the owner, Brynn to see what other options were available.

Brynn was very understanding of our situation and did all he could to fit us into his schedule the same day due to the emergency nature of the repair. He had us back up and running very quickly. He was also a very genuine, kind, and professional person, and highly skilled of course, and I greatly appreciate all that he and Sydney did to help us. Theron was the Tech who came out and he was exceptional. He explained everything to me. Answered all my questions and offered several suggestions to save money and get the manufacturer to help us out in our dilemma. On top of all that he was a very nice guy. I had a greattt experience with this company specifically The tech Myles. He installed a Digital thermostat & after a few weeks without air. He came out and got me together in 5-10 mins (he made sure my HEAT & AC worked with the thermostat) kudos to him

My A/C stopped blowing cold a couple of days ago, so I called Air Doctors Heating and Cooling to arrange a repair appointment window for today between 10am and 2pm. By 10:11am, Miles was calling me to let me know that he was on his way and would be to me within 30 minutes. I don't think it even took him that long to arrive. From start to finish, Miles checked every box of my requirements and expectations for a professional appointment and engagement, exceeding them in many ways. Miles was very respectful, pleasant, considerate and customer service oriented, extremely competent at his profession, explaining every step of the process during the interaction to allow me to know and understand as much as possible and to inform me of key things to know where necessary, (I do IT, so pretty technical and science oriented), which allowed me a better understanding overall of my system since I was not the original purchaser of this A/C unit. He was able to diagnose the issue and quickly restart the A/C system which was previously stopped completely. Additionally, he shared the diagnostic metrics to allow me to see and determine that my system, after remediation, was operating in a proper and safe range for all of the key indicators to provide me future peace of mind with respect to its running state, which I appreciated. Overall, Miles has excellent skills in all areas to master the customer interactions he is responsible for managing, rooted in an extreme level of competency in his trade, which he willingly shares within the interaction to guide the customer through the solution process. This added sharing aspect is not always forthcoming from many Techs who would rather not bother, educate, or indulge to assist the customer, but I am sincerely appreciative of the Air Doctors for providing me such a pleasant and competent A/C Technician in Miles. In fact, I let him know that I would be personally requesting him from them should I need work performed for me in the future. He was that outstanding! Please reward him for his performance. It is specifically the ability of individuals like Miles, both in hard and soft skills, that advances the brand of Air Doctors and freely allows me the confidence to refer others to your company and service.
