They are the best! My heat went out on a Saturday with a 90 year old mother in the house. I couldn't find anyone to come out before Wednesday, until I called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning! Maisha is the BEST! She tried to squeeze me in on the schedule for Saturday, but got a tech on site by 9 am Sunday one hour earlier than we scheduled! My house has NEVER FELT BETTER! Also, they didn't overcharge because of the weekend! They are friendly, compassionate, and professional. I'm giving anyone who ask me if I have a heating and cooling company their number! Great customer service! After I explained what I was going through when my furnace went out, they found me an early appointment. She came out and went right to work. I was up and running the next day. They were so respectful to my family and my home. The price I was quoted was less than 2 of the other companies I called who couldn’t even fit me in until over a week out. After installation they honored the price I was quoted and didn’t try to upsell me at all! Thank you so much, you saved us! This is the only company you need to call for your heating and cooling needs.

One hour heating and air conditioning reached out and called me back promptly after seeing my request for service. They provided same day service and Chris was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. I’ll be personally requesting Chris if I need any hvac services in the future.

Our water heater broke and 1 Hour Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to their name. A technician came out the same day and determined the water heater was not fixable. We set up a replacement appointment. The had a change in scheduling and did the install the next day! Everyone from the phone call to the install was polite, enthusiastic, caring, and professional. I highly recommend 1 Hour Heating and Air Conditioning!

One of the best services we've had to encounter when in need of ... well... anything as it relates to hvac systems, electrical, etc. Highly recommend working with Myisha and her team... top notch. Also, Chris the technician is a gem for this company. Great service, knowledgeable and efficient!

In 15 minutes of them reaching my first furnace, they roasted my blower motor with smoke all over that wont make you stand there for 2 minutes, buy bypassing the trip switch and making it run forcably for 10 minutes. The next 5 minutes the blower motor was worth $700 & needed replacement. The next 5 minutes the blower motor estimate for $1500, followed by a long lecture to buy all new furnaces through them & that be the best choice for my 5
Generations. That was followed by a demand of $180 for burning my furnace & their time. If that is what you want call them NOW.

Professional and responsive service from the young lady who answered the call to the technician that came to my home. I really appreciated that the service tech returned to my home after leaving because my doorbell suddenly stopped working and we missed him initially. I was able to contact the company who contacted him and he returned same day less that 20 minutes! Amazing above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!! Thanks All

At the start of winter, our blower motor unexpectedly failed, leaving us in a bind. This was made more challenging with a five-month-old baby at home. Desperately needing a fix, we contacted several companies, only to face disappointing wait times of at least two weeks. Thankfully, someone recommended this company on a Facebook group.

They managed to schedule a visit the very next day. After looking at our situation, they offered a fair quote for a new blower motor. Given that our furnace was nearing 20 years, we decided it was best to opt for a complete furnace replacement with a high-efficiency unit. They were quick to action, arranging a replacement the following day.

Although the installation process extended a bit beyond our expectations, their team was professionally and friendly about communicating updates. They successfully got our new furnace up and running, though a follow-up visit was needed to tweak a few things.

Overall, our experience was very positive. Not only are we happy with the result, but we genuinely appreciated the team's dedication and friendliness. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.

Where should I start, I’m highly upset at the moment about this company because I called them and set up an appointment for my fan to be fixed in my heater which cost 764.00, from reading the other bad review it almost seems like a pattern about fans. However I paid for the service Thursday morning before they came out which was half of the 381.00 and the other 381.00 afterwards when they finished I checked my account just to make sure everything looked good in my account before I left out for the day for work and saw that I was charged 7 times on my card for 382.00 and 381.00, I called to get the matter resolved and no empathy was showed for their mistake they made by over charging my account and I was only told it was a computer error and I should get my money back the same day or next day. The next day came and I stilll don’t have my refund back of 764.00 additional that they took out of my account. I would not be using them again and also my heat is still not working properly and they came back and it worked long enough while they were here to make sure it was on and working and an hour after they left it stopped and I sent an email about that as well, I not recommend this company and will post my pictures to show how my account was effected , my DTE bill is due to be shut off and I told the company that this was a huge inconvenience to me because I had other things I had to pay and now my lights are due to be shut off because of their error with taking my payment. I’ve also contacted my bank regarding the matter. I felt scammed by this company and not is taking a huge hardship not having heat for over a month and now my lights are due to be shut off because I couldn’t pay my bill due to this company payment error taking an additional 764.00 out my account. unacceptable and no accountability was taken by there part except for telling me not to call my bank and they can fix the issue which they didnt
