Furnace went down Thanksgiving eve.Called Thursday morning around town,no one available anywhere.They came out Friday morning,put a flame sensor,only.I believe I had another issue.They charged me 3 times the amount.They said they would call back Monday to continue,they never did.I will never use them again.

Very professional and on time they needed to get a part for my blower but it was after the Wharehouse was closed so they was really concerned about my 2 year old daughter they let me keep over night one of they new heaters to keep my room warm until the morning very genuine people I highly recommend them

We woke up to our furnace not working in the middle of a cold Michigan winter. One hour heating had someone at our house within an hour of calling them. Rich diagnosed the issue quickly and drove all over to get the right part. Their office then pulled up our warranty information to make sure it was covered. We only had to pay for the labor and the parts were covered under warranty. We had heat by dinner time. Great Job!!! I’m going to bring them back for our regular yearly maintenance.
