The service I received from Premier Carpet Cleaning was great. I received a courtesy phone call 15 minutes prior to arrival and the price I was quoted was as promised.

I've used several other carpet cleaning companies and Premier Carpet Cleaning has been the best.

Unless quality and reasonable prices change, Premier has a customer for life.

Jon Scheduled my cleaning and reviewed everything to ensure an accurate price prior to arrival. John and his team arrived on time and were extremely friendly while being extremely efficient. I asked Jon for a recommendation on something and he did it himself right then. He gave clear directions on how to let things dry properly. Very impressed with Premier Carpet Cleaning. They arrived in a timely manner and put in real effort to get the stains our of our carpets - which now look fantastic!. We had a rug, stairs and the basement cleaned. I've had many carpet cleaners over the years and these guys are #1, my favorite. So very friendly too!

I used to work for a carpet cleaning company so I had pretty high expectations to begin with. I had a few really awful pet stains and a huge grease stain that the competition (Modernistic and Hagopian) but they were not able to get them out.. I was also impressed that Austin hustled, but he was very thorough. In addition he was Incredibly polite, and friendly. I definitely will be calling Premier from now on!

Jon did an excellent job cleaning a very stained carpet. It looks like new. The price for the work was very fair. I scheduled the job online and he was on time for the appointment. In addition the cleaning product they used does not have a noticeable scent, the room has a neutral smell.

They did such a great job the first time I used them, so I did not hesitate to call him back a second time. Jon and his team are very professional, very friendly and passionate about what they do. We appreciate such detailed service. 4 bedrooms, hallway, 19 steps, landing living room, playroom/den and great room. Looks great and smells so good.

Very bad cleaning I got 2 bathrooms cleaned once and she did it okay and then I called her again and said can you come clean again but she didn’t even answer and was so rude even the first time she didn’t clean it good she’s really bad and so rude

Used this company for a deep clean after I moved out of my apartment. I will never use anyone else! The apartment was left looking how it was when I first moved in. They are very reliable and I had nothing but a professional experience with them!

She’s so amazing she came to my house short notice, cleaned all the pesticide off of everything I asked her to do she not only follows directions very well, but cleans amazingly! My family and my animals are safe because of her and she’s always welcome in my home!

We needed a carpet steam clean service before we can move in to this new place. Thanks to Scrub It Up. We are able to move in on time. I have not experienced such fast response. I left my email on the website and someone contacted my immediately. And the cleaning was done the next day. The service was off the chart as well. The new place smells so nice and fresh now!
