After being a customer for over 20 years, this company failed to show up or communicate for an entire month. I made four phone calls and spoke with the older woman in the office, but never received a return call or any explanation.

Due to the complete lack of communication, I reasonably assumed service was no longer being provided and hired a new company. When they finally showed up today, they seemed surprised and cited the weather as the reason. While I understand cold weather can delay window cleaning, the absence of any communication is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, they have lost a long-time loyal customer due to poor follow-through and customer service.

Amazing service for my pet business. Windows are cleaned regularly and done well, rug rental and cleaning service on point. Owner is genuine, helpful, and really kind. He came out to my second location the next day after calling to add service there and gave me several options that would serve me best. Very grayeful to have connected with this company.

They did a very good job on some very dirty carpets. They very personable, professional and did a great job quickly. Will definitely use them again. Also, even though they have had their covid shots (and we have had ours) they didn't mind wearing masks. We have severe illness in the family.

We are extremely happy with the results of the carpet cleaning Mark and Andrew did in our home. The carpet looks like new and the house seems very fresh and clean, they did an excellent job!

The owner and staff are first rate. One can tell they care about what they do and take pride in their work. There's is no other company I could or would recommend this highly.

I've used Premier 3x in the last 2 years. I would high recommend them to anyone. Especially if you have multiple animals in your home, like I do. The price is affordable and they do excellent work.

The guys were amazing!! They moved all of the furniture and odd items that needed to be move, they were friendly and efficient. My carpet looks great and I will definitely be using them again soon for the other rooms in the house.

The two guys that arrived, were very professional. They called 15-20 minutes prior to arrival which was convenient. They worked quick and efficiently. Took the time to explain directions for what to do and what not to do as the carpet was drying. Already smells great. Highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING. Where to begin? I used their website to figure out what my desired cleaning would cost, room by room, rug by rug. So easy to determine the cost (a fraction of what I paid another comoany a couple of years ago). They were on-time, very professional, very friendly, and their work was excellent- good equipment that left the carpet and rugs clean (two dogs & six months worth of ground-in dirt) and almost completely dry. I've used rental equipment in the past figuring it would get me 'most of the way there'. Nope, nothing beats a gas-engine-powered professional machine! Oh, and when they finished I paid what I had calculated on their website and no pressure to add rooms or furniture or any 'upsell'. Not only do I recommend Jon and his crew, but I plan to use them again in the future.
