John and Mark were awesome to deal with. They called to confirm arrival time, so I wasn’t wasting my time waiting for them. Showed up when they said, evaluated the situation, advised me as to how the process works, and got right to work. I didn’t think the carpet was salvageable, it was old, high traffic and dirty, however John and Mark were able to return the carpet in all 4 rooms to that like new condition. Can not be happier with the service, John and Mark went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I’m giving this team a five star rating for strong customer interaction, professionalism, and great work ethic. Thanks again guys…

John and his assistant Chris were awesome. They were able to get a few tough stains out of my carpet, that a large commerical company could not do. John was very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations for my requests. John and Chris were professonal and personable and I will be a repeat customer.

I love Premier! I have tried other companies (more money) that promise all the best results but fall flat on their promises. They come out once a year and do my carpets and I am never disappointed. They are prompt, professional and affordable.

Husband/Wife family owned. Jon was courteous and prompt. Cleaned living room carpet and two Lazy Boy recliner chairs. Did an excellent job on both and was extra diligent with carpet stains and high foot traffic areas. They beat all other quotes and did a "premier" job for me! 5 stars!!

From beginning to end, Anthoney did a great job! He called me with a 30min pre-call to let me know he was en route and was right on time! He was quick and thorough, allowing me to get back to my day when he finished.

I appreciated his professional demeanor, while being friendly and helpful. It's always a little stressful having someone in your home, but Anthoney was considerate and did not make me feel uncomfortable during the service.

Had a great experience with this company, from the first call I made to schedule my appointment to the day they came out to do the job. Very professional and freindly. Premier carpet company is wonderful this is the second time we've used them my husband works midnight I asked if we could have the very last appointment and will gave us the very last appointment I told him my husband wakes up around 5:00 and at 5:05 premier carpet cleaning was here Anthony cleaned our carpet this time he did a wonderful job he was very professional very pleasant and a very hard worker he went above and beyond to help me with my carpets thank you so much Anthony and I will be calling you guys again next year !

Jon was great. Was informative, knowledgeable, and did his best to make sure my apartment carpets were cleaned up in a professional manner, and completed the job diligently. He cleaned up the mess a previous company left. Would recommend to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.
