We had a very positive experience with our recent tree removal work by David and his team at Island Edge Tree Service. Extremely professional, fare price, timely project completion start to finish. We will definitely use them again!

Dave had come out to give an estimate to my mother's yard, which had a 70 plus foot Dawn Redwood tree. My mother had felt very comfortable with his professionalism and his explanation of the procedure that he would undergo, during the extraction of the tree. Though the process had seemed to be extensive and lengthy and thorough, they had it completed within a half of a day, and his rate for the service was much better than the other competitor's and their work that they had performed was very good and they did a superb job with cleaning up. It was a pleasure giving the business to this company.

I had a damaged tree from yesterday's ice storm. I tried cutting the tree on my own and quickly knew I did not have the proper equipment to complete the job. I called David at Island Edge Tree Service and he came out the same day for an estimate. Price was very reasonable and he kept his promise on getting the job done on the same day! Island Edge just finished removing two huge Oaks that were very close to our home. The trees were twice as tall as our two story house and the canopies over shadowed 2/3 of the roof. Island Edge has the proper equipment to get tuff jobs done. When calling around for a quote I sent pictures of the job, the three other companies I called all suggested I call Dave and his crew. He was the first person I called my problem was timing we are having solar panels installed and needed this area opened up and Island edge was booked solid. At the last minute we got a two day window that was dry enough and they moved in and did an A+ job.

David and his crew did an excellent job! It's an amazing thing to watch all the different Hi-Tech equipment they use (especially the truck with the robotic arm that grips a tree with a claw that also contains a chainsaw that holds and cuts and made short work of our 2 trees. Seriously! A wonder to behold!). Cleanup was great and they were the model of efficiency. I highly recommend doing business with Island Edge. Thanks again David and Co.!

I had an awesome experience with Island Edge Tree Service. If I can leave 10 Stars I would. Dave the owner is a down-to-earth kind of guy. He uses state-of-the-art machinery at at a very very reasonable price. The tree I had him take down was also interfering with my neighbor, all of the other estimates wanted to enter into my neighbor's yard and have him remove his portable carport. Dave was able to take my tree down while standing on my roof without interfering any of my neighbors. Before Dave left my property I requested an estimate for another tree I will definitely be using his services again...

I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by Dave and his staff. The entire crew was very friendly and polite, and showed up when they said they would. We had 19 trees removed along with the stumps. They even gave my neighbor a break on removal of a large rotting oak tree while they were onsite. If you are looking for a professional, reliable tree service at a fair price these are the guys.

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job taking down a 40 year old silver maple that had big branches hanging over our house. Awesome cleanup too. We were worried their big equipment might cause our driveway to crack but they took care to lay plywood down to disburse the weight and no problems with the driveway whatsoever. I would most definitely recommend them. A truly professional job!

A couple years ago I had to remove a 150+ft cottonwood. Called my regular tree guy, he said he didn't have the equipment to handle that but Island Edge Tree Service certainly did. So I called them. They certainly do have ALL the equipment to handle the situation and they were just fantastic!! They didn't drop one branch on the adjacent power lines or my neighbors fence. It was just amazing to watch him and his crew work. Safety of my property and their crew was of the utmost importance. I am very happy with the work they did. Then, just this Feb 2023 my neighbors tree fell onto my house. I didn't hesitate for one minute...The tree fell on my house at 2AM---I was on the phone with Island Edge first thing that morning. He let me know right away when he would come over and look at the situation. A couple days later the tree was off my house and the whole area all cleaned up! Don't even hesitate for a minute if you are wondering who to call for the disaster you are facing. He and his crew will take care of it. I do want to mention that Island Edge Tree Service is the ONLY person/company regarding my Feb 2023 incident that has "taken care of business" with no hassles. The remainder of people/companies/insurance have been nothing but an ongoing hassle. One thing after another, always trying to avoid what needs to be done. This is not the case with Island Edge. They are just spectacular.

David and his 2 young sons did an excellent job. They were very courteous, polite and professional. They ensured the task was 100% and even assisted with returning personal items back to the driveway prior to leaving for the night.

I can't say enough good things about Island Edge Tree Service. Dave and his crew were wonderful. They were extremely careful keeping the grass safe by putting big plywood boards down so his rig could get back to the backyard. When they were done, it was as if they were never there besides the tree was gone. I highly recommend their services. Also, very reasonable with pricing!

Had 2 giant maple trees removed that were near our garage and our neighbors garage. The trees had some health issues. Dave and his crew were amazing. Above all they were very safety conscious. Recently we had Island Edge Tree Service cut down our tree that was just a few feet from our garage. We were very impressed with the technology that Dave used. Dave is professional, friendly, and trust worthy. He and his crew did a spectacular job removing a large tree, trimming another, stump removal and shrub removal from my parent's property in March of this year. I could not have asked for a better outcome! This company just moved into Monroe County, and I can't say enough to recommend them. This company came out to take down a dead tree from my neighbor back yard. Part of it came down about a week ago and broke my privacy fence and my electric line. Did damage to my neighbors house too..
THIS WAS ONE BIG DEAD TREE. Dave and his team did a great job. Used this giant crane that went over my garage grabbed a tree branch and cut it. Then carried it to the street. They finished the job and cleaned everything up. I was very impressed and would differently recommend them to anyone.

Had 2 large oak trees,70' or more tall, 12' away from my home, large limbs hanging directly over the house with DTE power lines between the 2 trees. Tree removal don't get more complicated than this folks. I couldn't convince myself to hire a tree service without the proper equipment. After careful research on line, and watching Dave and his sons do this job, I knew I made the right decision, Island Edge Tree Service!!! Experts at what they do, state of the art equipment. David and his crew did an amazing job. We had 3 large trees that blew down on our house in the recent windstorm. They carefully lifted the trees off the house to not cause any further damage. The trees were then cut up, hauled away and stumps ground. Excellent work by Island Edge Tree Service!!! I would highly recommend this company.

This tree service is a top notch service. They arrived on time and within minutes got down to business was impressed how they worked as a team like a well oiled mechine.The owner and his crew were vary professional and polite when I asked questions. The tree they were dealing with had me anxious, and after talking to David the owner my fears were calmed. When the tree was completely down they proceeded to work on the stump removal that went vary well.I think that the thing that really impressed me was all of the newer equipment they had for the job. To sum up my experience with Island Edge was top notch and I would recommend them to all my friends and I give them a 10++++rating.
