From the beginning of gathering competitive bids for the project at All God's Children MCC GCM Construction's Rich Henning was amazing. The bid was affordable, Rich listened to what we wanted done and provided excellent feedback, the bid came within a couple days, and once it was signed the parts for our project were ordered. Rich did an amazing job of keeping me posted and update to date on when the work would be completed. The craftsmanship and excellent of the installer was amazing ... they even cleaned up when they finished work for the day. Everything about GCM Construction was incredible. We look forward to using them again. They are top notch.

Guy is an amazing to work with. He is always great in project management and communication. And he caters to details of expectations and also did a great job overseeing all parts throughout the process. He also only had really professional people working on his projects. And he gave us a ton of suggestions and tips. We highly recommend Guy and his people.

A couple of years ago I had hail damage to my house. The owner of Smart Construction came over to talk to me and show me the damage. I connected him with my insurance company and it was easy. I didn't have to get in the middle and pass messages back and forth. Smart did all the work for me. The discovered I needed more work on my roof and got it taken care of with no issues. They helped me find a company that would replace my two awnings. When rain was a possibility, I made one call and they were out right away and covered the roof with a tarp to ensure I would not have rain damage inside. It was a pleasure to work with both of the owners. I recommend them to everyone I talk to. Thank you Smart Construction for making the process so easy.

Gary was professional and responsive with all communication. He helped guide us through our insurance company for our roof replacement and took us through every step. We didn't have to wait to get the work done. The only wait time was on our insurance company. The crew was on time and had the entire roof done in 2 days. Very pleased overall!!

I highly recommend these guys. We were having a difficult time getting the insurance company to approve our roof. On the recommendation of our neighbor we called Gary at smart construction. He handled the whole claim process and Constantine managed the project. We are very happy with the result. The roof looks beautiful and was installed professionally and on time. We will definitely be calling them for other projects.

We had a great experience with Vadim at Smart Construction!! They pretty much took care of everything with insurance, and made it a priority to get us in before the cold sets in for winter!!
