We have water damage and we are so thankful for Arko with their quick response and knowledge plus being so pleasant throughout this process. They come on a daily basis to track our drying and did the initial work the first day they came. I want to give a great review to Jack B, Jack V, and Jack W for being pleasant explaining everything and helping with whatever we need help with including yesterday helping me empty the cupboard they pulled. You guys are terrific customer service is the best.

ARKO has been a life saver for us, there right away and continuously throughout the process, on time, professional, personable, each and every one of their team. I cannot say better things about a company and their people! Isaac and Kelvin stood out from day 1 to completion and I thank them. Each phase brought new team members from cabinetry and floor removal and installation, no stone was left unturned. I recommend ARKO to anyone who may need restoration services!

We had a bathroom leak into our dining room. While this was a long process with insurance approvals, our final product is stunning! Great experiences with Brandon, Sam, Ethan, and Brendan. Thanks to all of them for being easy to work with and especially Ethan and Brendan for the amazing bathroom remodel. You two did an amazing job!

I moved into my new home on 10/25/2025 and three days later was shocked to find water leaking from an upstairs shower into my guest bedroom. Upon calling Hero Plumbing, Heating & Electrical, a plumber came out within 24 hours to assess the damage and told me that because of the age of my home, someone would have to come out and test for lead/asbestos before he could continue with his inspection of the exact cause of the leak. I was referred to Arko Restoration and within 2 hours Brandon and Mike showed up at my door ready to inspect the damage and answer my many questions about what needed to happen next and what I could expect. They were friendly and professional and very patient as they listened to my concerns and answered my (numerous) questions. They told me what to expect moving forward and let me know the approximate time tables of when those things would happen. Approximately 2 hours later, Matt and Haymer showed up to set up all the dryers in my guest room to start the mitigation process and get the ceiling dry enough for testing. Over the next 2 weeks, daily checks were made to monitor progress by Matt and/or Haymer, Ray, Kelvin W and Nate. All were professional and friendly and able to let me know how things were progressing. Nick came in to do the lead/asbestos testing about 10 days in. All in all as far as the mitigation process is concerned this company has been top notch. Their follow up has been fantastic, both in my home and in working with my insurance company to move things along. Rick and Lindsay have been particularly great at working with my insurance company on my behalf and to keep things from stalling out. I am now in the abatement process of this restoration, but if it goes as well as the mitigation portion of it I will be a happy camper for sure. My sincere thanks to all mentioned above for your professionalism and expertise in this early stage of my restoration. I will add to this review once I get through the next steps and feel confident that I will be able to leave another even more favorable review once all is said and done. Please stay tuned....

We were about to list our house for sale and then had a plumbing leak. Arko restored all the damages in our basement including carpeting and paneling. They made our basement look better than before. Moreover, they got the work done in a short time period due to our needs which we are very grateful for.
Also they repaired some basement ceiling work that we did not ask for. Very classy kind gesture.
If you are looking for a good restoration service then go with Arko. And ask for Nick! Best in the business. -
I had an absolutely positive experience working with Arko Restoration. There was a lot of water damage in my kitchen and the tear out team with Isaac was professional, efficient and always on time.
The estimator Sam worked very hard with the insurance company to take care of my claim fairly. And he was prompt to take all of my calls.
The Restoration team of Nick and Kay did excellent workmanship. They were knowledgeable, professional and clean up was minimum each time they left. I would recommend them to others with confidence. Arko made a difficult situation easy for me to live through.

Terrible communication both with us and internally (nobody who came out seemed to have any idea what anyone else was doing or telling us). Drying equipment was installed so poorly it fell out repeatedly and they had to come out and put it back in 3 times (which also damaged our floor tiles and they never fixed or compensated us for it).
They would no call no show for appointments or come by during times when we had told them we would be unavailable. Over the course of nearly two months they could not call the correct contact number that we gave them repeatedly.
Our Insurance rep was left waiting on requested info from them and would have to reach out repeatedly - during which time they continued to charge rental fees for equipment they told us was not doing anything (it turned out it was just sealed improperly and one of the employees in the final weeks caught and fixed it, after which it finally dried successfully). While they said they removed some of those charges, they still ended up charging nearly twice the initial quote for only half the job, ignored concerns we had with moving forward at several points (and lied to our insurance rep stating we dictated their drying methods when we were simply told what they would be doing on any given day), and they ultimately left us with a hole in our ceiling covered in shredded plastic and tape covered in staples. Several of the employees were nice and seemed very surprised by how things played out on their end but there was zero accountability from anyone and overall it was a truly unprofessional and unacceptable experience. -
Wyatt, Jake, and Kay came out to our house and did amazing work! They were extremely nice and professional, did everything we asked, and completed the work in a very timely manner. Our experience with Arko was absolutely wonderful. Great communication, listened to our concerns, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Dylan was the project manager and he was fantastic. I highly recommend this company. Bonus points for even being nice to my kids and new puppy!

Windows, Doors Install was and is a disaster. (Very long story short) I don’t want to spend once more minute on this company.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Home Depot for these services. -
Customer service is friendly and helpful enough when you actually find them, but majority of the time, you can't find anyone to help you. If you do find someone, they're already helping someone else and you have to wait a while before that transaction is complete before being helped.
We bought $4000 worth of carpet and are waiting 7 weeks before it can be installed. In the mean time, the bill has already came for a service that has not been performed yet. Hmmmm... Lets hope all the bad reviews were based on emotions and not the service itself. -
Very frustrating experience with this store. We have ordered windows that were too big based upon how we were instructed to measure from the sales associate in the window department. The installer that was "recommended" failed to show up to give an estimate, did not arrive on the day of installation and was later let go.
When I tried to work with the store to exchange the windows, my phones calls were not returned three different times over the course of the week after the associate promised me he would. Good luck actually talking to a manager, the phone service is awful on the remote phones they give the sales associates. After two weeks of phone tag, I was told I had to physically come into the store to reorder the windows. Finally I went in to reorder my windows two weeks ago and was told that I would not have two charges and my new windows would be in in four weeks. I was told that they would come out and pick up the old windows sometime soon; however, it would not affect the ordering of my new windows. My husband attempted to return the old windows today at which time they would not take them since they were "ours now" and informed us that the new window order did not exist and is now cancelled.
So now, this ordering process has gone on almost three months, I have windows that don't fit which they won't return, and an order of windows that had been cancelled.
End result: the communication and system of ordering through Home Depot is awful. Too many people who don't know enough and don't know hot to get the job done.
