I had Noah F and Chase C out to assess and start the restoration process. They were polite and told me step by step what they were doing. I would recommend them.

Michael, Nick, and Ethan did a superb job on my home rebuild after I had a tree fall onto my house last August. They were all so polite and so kind. Jim was the project manager and was always available for any questions I had and great with communication. He was very prompt throughout the whole project. Ed did the estimating and was polite and easy to talk to and ask questions throughout the process. Kelvin W and Jack B were extremely professional and respectful. When the basement experienced unexpected sewage damage, they stayed late into the night to thoroughly sanitize the area and remove all contaminated carpet and drywall. Their hard work made a very stressful situation much more manageable.

Jack B. and Jack W. Came to my home in an emergency situation and were very professional and timely. They identified the cause of the problem and did everything they could to leave my home in a place where I could at least use it until the final repairs can be completed.

Brandon H came over the same day and walked us through our options and had his team over the next day with dryers and made sure we had all moisture gone before restoration. From start to finish, our contractor, Dillon, was professional and clearly skilled at what they do. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result.He kept the work area clean, pad attention to detail, and made sure everything was done right.

From Brandon coming out Wednesday to help us understand the process and help us deal with insurance to Issac, Haynner and his team coming Thursday to immediately start the mitigation process. To the team at Arko: Noah & Jack did amazing clean up work and kept me informed on the cleanup process and timeline. Their whole crew was great, friendly and did a great job! I wish I could remember more of their names to give credit! (Dillion was another awesome person to work with!) Our Project manager Ryan Foster did a great job of keeping things on track and also was very responsive to anything that came up! Chris Saliture did a great job as our estimator to keep things fair. Jack B. and Jack V. did an excellent and quick job of tearing out dry wall and carpet, as well as mold treating and setting up dehumidifiers in a room in our basement that was impacted by a water softener leak.
We called Arco Restoration yesterday and even though their schedule was full, they offered to send a crew out ASAP if it was an emergency. We were ok with waiting until this morning and their crew showed up right on time. Within 2 hours of them arriving, they were walking out the door with all of the work done!
The very well mannered crew (a.k.a Jack-squared) were part of Arco's demo division, but they did such a good job that we're planning on using their restoration division to replace the drywall and flooring as well as putting a moisture barrier along the floor in our utility room to direct any leaks towards the main drain.

I was so impressed with the communication and professionalism of this company! Dillan, Kay and Wyatt did an amazing job with the project. Our house looked like nothing ever happened they matched everything perfectly. I cannot recommend enough! Also, they got along very well with my two cats which was a delightful bonus.

The ARKO team, Ethan, Nick, and Brendon was wonderful to work with in every way possible. They were polite, considerate, and genuinely interested in repairing my bathroom after an upstairs leak, in a professional and intelligent manner. They covered the floors and took care to minimize their construction footprint. If they came across an unexpected problem, they didn't just try to hide it or cut corners. They took the time to think it through and do it right the first time. I would definitely call ARKO again for any type of home repair. Their pricing was on the middle-high end but I know that the work was done right. They also came back to make sure everything was still in order. Thanks, guys for a job well done!
