Horrible company...i was just ran off the road by there work van. the driver ran a yield sign at the round-about in isanti, causing me to crash into the median to avoid crashing into there work van... this driver should never be allowed in a work vehicle.. people like this are a black eye on a company.... if that's the they operate on the roads, I would hate to see how they operate their business with these type of employees. So unprofessional.

Arko Restoration did some work on my condo at Heritage Hills. They were polite, hard-working and very conscientious. JACK BATCHELOR was awesome . He did most the tear down. MIKE BLAGEO was the mitigation manager He was very professional, easy to work with, gets back to you promptly . Good team

Brandon H came out to our after we had damage to assess the problem. It was minor but he still took his time and was thorough. He connected us with someone who did an amazing job on the Sheetrock repairs and the scheduling and communication was easy. They did such an amazing job and we really appreciate that he went the extra mile.

The two gentlemen who are finishing up my bathroom and kitchen are really friendly, professional. Everything is looking beautiful. God Bless

Had a water heater disaster spray water all over our finished basement and main level flooring. Arko’s guys were out by the next morning cleaning up water, setting up fans, and getting damaged materials out. Within a few days, our home was bone dry and ready for repairs. Awesome to work with, super responsive, and friendly.

Terrible experience. My encounter with this home restoration company was extremely disappointing. Based on my personal experience, the quality of workmanship fell far below what was advertised and what I expected when hiring a professional restoration service.
Several aspects of the job appeared rushed and poorly executed. Material quality used is the poorest of quality and cheap. I noticed uneven finishes, installation issues, and areas that, in my opinion, did not meet reasonable professional standards. Unfortunately, this resulted in me needing to spend additional time, stress, and money addressing concerns after the project was considered complete.
Communication was also frustrating throughout the process. Response times were inconsistent, timelines shifted frequently, and I often felt that my concerns were not fully addressed. From my perspective, there was a lack of transparency and follow-through when issues were raised.
I understand that construction and restoration projects can have complications, but I expected a higher level of accountability and attention to detail given the cost and nature of the work. The final outcome did not reflect the level of professionalism that was represented during the sales and quoting process, in my opinion.
I encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review contracts, ask detailed questions about project management and quality control, and document everything thoroughly before proceeding.

I want to commend Jack B, Heinner and Kelvin for the work they completed on our house. Jack went above and beyond working late at night to help us. Kelvin and Heinner were efficient and courteous, friendly, professional and helpful. Please let them know how much we appreciate their help and professionalism.

Isaac, Ray, Nate & Haynner did a great job taking down our damaged tin ceiling in one day. They were friendly, efficient & always professional.

We were referred to Arko after waking up to a flooded basement on a Sunday morning. Our calls were answered quickly and it wasn't long before Ray, Matt and Little Jack arrived at our home to get the process of clean up started. They were very helpful with all the questions I had and continued to keep us updated on what they were doing through the process.

The young men who did the work were so careful to not leave any mess at all. It was amazing. Also Ray, Kelvin and Noah were very professional and very personable. I had a very good experience with Arko.

Nate and Kay, and the Arko staff, did a fantastic job preparing and staining, and installing our new interior doors. Arko has been very attentive to the project. Great job!

Wyatt and Brenden did a great job with some water damage repairs in our home. They were very efficient and polite, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arko!

On Tuesday, July 8, Matt and Jack did a great job of removing the carpet and padding in our basement that had been damaged due to a drain backup. They were both very efficient and respectful of us and our property. We are grateful for their work and highly recommend them.

Ray and Nate are the best! Super kind, hard working, knowledgeable, and they take the time to explain things In a way that is easy to understand.
As a former teacher, I give Ray and Nate an A+!

The worst experience , very unprofessional! Didn’tprotect my health concerns for mold or wear booties missed many area of the mold was not concerned had to come back several times !
Had a professional company come to give a bid and they showed all the area that were missed by this company .
Said they would come back for free but then charged me and would never put it in writing so ya know their word is not legit
Moral of the story.. don’t ever let your insurance company suggest where to go tohave work done

ARKO did water damage work on my property just over 2 years ago. I am giving 3 stars as all the workers and managers for project did Great. However, for the price paid, the material used are cheap which started to show up within months.

Entry Door from garage to the house, started to wear off color/show scratches within a year. Door has few tiny dents. 20 year door didn't have a single color scratched or dent. Cheap door and paint maybe for what was installed.

LV floor keeps showing spaces in the kitchen and around. I had this fixed few times already within a year of it was installed. The Project Manager I used to contact is longer with ARKO. The LV floor that ARKO put in is cheap compared to what was charged.

Also, when quarter rounders were installed, they didn't nail it in multiple areas. So, all are showing symptoms of not being installed now. I contacted floor company, they said contact Arko.

Then, I contacted the customer service via Text, they took my info and hasn't gotten back to me after a month. I don't want to have to pay for all these which should have been done properly with good quality material to begin with. Also, Garage wall painting was missed too.

Overall, your service was Good but, Material used are Cheap. Otherwise, I have good words for all the work done.

Arko Restoration are fantastic, we had signs of water damage in our ceiling that was growing increasingly urgent and we gave them a call. They responded and came over the fastest any company has ever arrived before. Jack B and Jack W were both super fantastic, Really nice and friendly people who worked efficiently and effectively to mitigate the problem we had going on, they also completely cleaned up the area they were working in and left it looking better than how it was when they arrived. Then they came back the next day and monitored the work they put in and the machine machines at work to make sure they were no problems. I would highly recommend this company. In simple terms, they know what there doing and do it really well.

We had a pipe leak behind the shower wall this last March. ARKO was there immediately and had the place drying out in just a couple of hours. The restoration was a fantastic experience. Ryan, the project manager, was great to work with…excellent communication and well organized! Dillon and Wyatt did most of the restoration work and we couldn’t be pleased any more. The quality of their work was top notch. They were friendly and honestly, I was almost sad when they finished the project knowing I likely wouldn’t see them again. Thanks guys!
