The SMART construction team were great to work with. A year or two ago they checked my roof after storms. I was so impressed with them that when I did have damage, they were my first call. They were great to work with. Gary was the face of the organization for me and stayed with it throughout the long process. I can't speak more highly of him. The service I received from Gary and the team was top notch. They went above and beyond when replacing my roof and gutters due to storm and wind damage. I had a spot in my roof that needed repair, not part of the storm damage, and they did it at no additional cost. Not to mention that when Gary saw some of my siding was loose from recent wind, he pulled his ladder out and fixed it right on the spot, the project didn't include the siding. That is great service! I had hail and wind damage from storms that ripped through my neighborhood. I had never dealt with a claim on my homeowners insurance, but Gary was very helpful walking us through the process! He was very thorough explaining how the process works and gave realistic expectations and timelines for everything. He was also very knowledgeable, he was able to communicate effectively with our insurance company to get coverage for things the claims assessor missed in their report. When insurance wouldn't cover all of the siding and we were faced with the possibility of having mismatch siding, Gary and his team came up with a solution that made the house look better and more aesthetically pleasing. They were great and I will definitely be using them in the future for other projects.

Our home was heavily damaged in a storm. We set up a claim with our insurance company but were having a difficult time coming to terms with them. After considering several construction companies to go with, we decided to hire Smart Construction. This turned out to be a wonderful decision.
This company is respected in the industry. We appreciate their honesty and expertise throughout the entire process. They dealt with our insurance company directly, and things went very smoothly after their involvement. Smart Construction replaced our roof, siding, gutters, windows, etc. We also decided to do some upgrades, so they made significant structural changes to our home as well. Their work was top-notch.
From the very beginning, from our first meeting with the design team at their office in Blaine (worth a visit just for the cool things they’ve done there) to the end of the project, we were very impressed. They are truly a professional company.
The workers were all friendly and knowledgeable, and they were experts in their craft. The Smart Construction team worked clean (considering the magnitude of the job, it was very impressive how tidy they kept things), efficiently, skillfully and made sure to do everything the right way. Gary with Smart Construction went above and beyond our expectations of working with a contractor from meeting us at the beginning to the end of the project! Our insurance adjuster originally was trying to deny the hail damage on our roof until Gary stepped in and met with the adjuster, took additional photos of the damages and emailed back and forth with the adjuster. We got a new roof and even siding because of him and his expertise in the industry. Would highly recommend him to any homeowner!

Firstly, Gary Gamayunov, has impressed me with his manner of communication being his client. He’s been easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to my many questions.
Secondly, Gary was very persistent with my insurance company and made sure that my roof was replaced after a previous hail storm that cause damage. I will say — the insurance company didn’t want to replace the whole roof, but Gary made it happen.
From Gary’s first visit to my home, I never felt pressured to work with him. He did a wonderful job of breaking down all the necessary details in getting the best for me and my roof.
Lastly, his roofing team replace my roof with efficiency and attention to detail. I hope I don’t need a new roof anytime soon, but if I did — Gary would be my first call.

We had them put a new roof on our carriage house, which is a pretty large structure. Amazingly, they did it in one day and completely cleaned up everything perfectly after they finished. They were very professional and respectful of our property.

Getting our roof replaced has been a great experience. Well as great as having to get a roof replaced can be. The salesmen we worked with Gabriel have been real gentlemen 😀.
