We bought a house knowing that the outlets needed to be grounded. I scheduled a time for someone to come take a look and give us a free estimate. Joe arrived and I told him what we wanted done and he did a very thorough job walking through the house, checking outlets, and explaining things. It took some time before we had the finances to schedule the actual work, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were able to get us on the schedule within 8 days from my calling to schedule. I was also happy that Joe was able to come back to do the installation as he already knew what we were working with. The job ended up taking slightly longer than expected because of some faulty wiring in the house, but Joe was sure to check in when his estimated time was up and give a progress report and make sure I was okay with him continuing work. The total cost ended up being almost spot on with the estimate. I really appreciate the thoroughness of Joe's work and will certainly be reaching out to Erickson to schedule future projects.

Brent DeCosse was the plumber from Erickson who came out today to replace my toilet. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing in a pleasant way , not like some other workers who talk down to you.(Not Erickson workers). He was very efficient and obviously very experienced at this type of work. He rechecked his work carefully to make sure I was satisfied. I have had good luck with Erickson and recommend them highly if you should ever need a plumber

we have used erickson twice, at 2 different homes we owned when we had AC issues and the service is always impeccable. the first time was a larger issue with a broken unit and the second time was a small issue with a broken part - in both cases they had very fair, clear pricing and were able to diagnose the issue on the first visit. the technician’s are really knowledgeable and professional.

we also were able to book online on a saturday for a visit monday. they called promptly monday morning to confirm a time and by lunchtime our AC was working again. doesn’t get much better than that when your AC is out in august!!

use erickson and don’t bother calling anyone else.

Cannot recommend Erickson and specifically Brent enough for plumbing. He came out and addressed all of our concerns and issues. He listened and answered all of my questions throughly and took the time to explain everything. Not to mention how quickly he got everything done. We will not be using anyone else for plumbing in the future! It can be hard to find good, honest workers and it’s such a relief to now know a trustworthy company.

Our heat went out and we luckily chose to go with Erickson. Ado was great at explaining our options and was understanding of our concerns. We felt valued throughout the process and are so appreciative of their help!

John who answered the phone was excellent. Not just an answering service. John asked questions to understand our problem and get the proper person and tools to our job. He even asked for pictures of our plumbing to make sure the technician would have what was needed. And if the technician would need something not anticipated, they would run whatever was needed out to him. And he got us help the same day we called as we had sewer backing up in our basement!!

Your Technician Keith Bryan was excellent. Very professional. Got in and fixed it quickly. Knew exactly what to do.

Brent was one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue in a timely manner with a positive attitude. I would highly recommend Erickson heating and plumbing and would ask if Brent can be your technician for your next project. He is the best in the industry and teaches you the issue and how to prevent it moving forward instead of just fixing it and leaving. Great work!

As other reviewers said, they came right on time. Punctuality is one of my values. Our townhome is forty years old and our dryer venting was the original “slinky” with thin rubber covering which isn’t up to code. The vent extended almost the full length of our home and ended above the a/c unit in our patio. This is not what the service team was expecting so, with their professional expertise, they instead installed new venting that exits at the side of our home. I’m impressed not only with the new installation but also with Grace’s expertise. I paid more than the ballpark figure I was quoted over the phone, but that didn’t surprise me. I’m satisfied with what I paid.

I will recommend Erickson to others.

My sump pump stopped working and it's been a very wet winter/ spring so we really needed it. I called and Erickson's was up front about their pricing and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They sent a message with the techs picture so I knew who to expect, he did a great job! He checked out the problem, replaced and unclogged the drain pipe all in about an hour. Will definately be saving their contact information to use again.

We had Erickson do some work for us (slow drains) a few years back, and were pleased then.

Wanted to get two very and inefficient toilets replaced. They gave us a reasonable quote, and patiently answered all our questions.

Gave them a green light and they got us scheduled in pretty quickly. Technician arrived right on time, scoped out the project, gave us a heads-up about possible complications, then got right to work.

We're really glad we had this overdue upgrade, and very pleased with the work done by Erickson.

Erickson blew me away with their personal touch, it felt as if friends had entered my home to install my boiler! I had questions for the installer’s and they took the time to answer them thoroughly. I also called them for a separate plumbing need after install and they once again surpassed my expectations. As somebody who has high standards, I was very pleased all around and highly recommend Erickson!

I was overall so impressed with Erickson Plumbing. I called and they were able to fit me in same day (due to a cancellation). Dave was my tech and he was so professional and helpful. I'm a relatively new homeowner and he was able to show me where my spigot on/off valve was. He also fixed the sink that has been leaking since we moved in. The gal I talked to for scheduling (sorry, I forgot her name) was also amazing. She was very bubbly and personable. I will definitely use Erickson again for future plumbing, heating, air, and electrical jobs around my house. Thanks for being amazing! New loyal customer right here!

I had Erickson install a new furnace and AC system, they were very professional and easy to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Andy Hanson, he provided excellent service and advice throughout the process.

Update on April 18, 2023: I had Brent D out for plumbing issues, and once again, the service was excellent. I’ve used Erickson a handful of times since my previous review and they continue to impress. Brent was awesome, explained my issues to me, kept to the quote, and did a fabulous job.

Everything from start to finish was a fabulous experience. I was very stressed out when I called initially as my water heater rusted out on a Sunday morning and my basement was flooded. I called and was quoted the usual pricey emergency quote and I couldn't afford it, but they called me back soon thereafter and talked me out of my panic mode by helping me solve the immediate issue so I can wait until Monday for normal service. Just for this, I was so thankful.

The tech - Mike P - showed up on time, stuck to their quote, went above and beyond with their repair, and was polite the entire journey. Definitely will use their service again. The technician was really cool and friendly as well. Wonderful experience for sure - despite the fact it all stemmed from a crumby emergency situation. Everyone I worked with was fantastic.

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review of Erickson Plumbing. We called about not getting hot water, only lukewarm water, and the first plumber that came out said it was not the water heater and proceeded to change a cartridge in our master shower and charged us $800 for it, which is astronomical for changing a cartridge. He also broke the handle of the shower, reversed the hot and cold directions, and did not tell us it broke.

The problem persisted and we continued to have lukewarm water. I called the company and they sent another guy out and he said that our handle was reversed from hot to cold and maybe I had just been using the wrong direction for hot water. Readers, I am not an idiot and know very well what direction is hot and cold in my own shower and what changed with the plumber. He didn't know what the problem was either.

I called Erickson and they asked if they could make it right. I made it clear that I will not pay another dime and I expected money back if it ended up being an issue that would have cost me less than $800. They verbally agreed over the phone. They agreed they had misidentified the issue and it was on them to fix it.

Erickson sent out a THIRD plumber and he looked at our water heater, said it was a pipe that needed cleaned out, cleaned it out and et voila, we had hot water so it was an easy fix.

Afterwards I called to settle with them and see what they could refund me since it did end up being an easy fix and not worth a whopping $800.

They refused to refund any of the $800 saying they had spent a lot of time on the issue and going back on their word and original mea culpa that it was their issue and pledge to make it right with me.

It should absolutely not be on my dime if they couldn't figure out the problem until the third try and they also absolutely took me for a ride charging me $800 to begin with.

I worked with them on good faith to fix the problem expecting them to make it right with me in the end since they were at fault for misidentifying the issue, not fixing it, charging me $800 for not fixing it, and breaking my handle at that.

They would not budge and would not give one penny back, which is frankly horrible business.

Be prepared to be taken for a ride if you work with them and pay way more than expected and gamble at even getting your problem solved, then lied to afterwards. Hire at your own peril.

I’ve been working with Erickson’s HVAC for several years now and they’re always prompt, available and reasonable. Jason, Dave and Aris work with me to solve unique issues I run into remodeling older homes. Trust them to do the best for you too.

We’ve had this company come to our house multiple times for plumbing, and they are excellent every time. Every plumber that has been in our house has been very knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing. I can’t say enough about how professional and competent they are — Erickson hires good people.

Just yesterday, we had to have our water heater replaced. It had started leaking and made a big mess on our basement floor. What’s worse, is when I noticed the leak, I went to turn the shut off valve (very old, probably hadn’t been touched in 20+ years), and instead of shutting off the water supply, it started leaking as well. I called Erickson right away. They were able to get somebody to our house same-day (on a Friday in the summer, no less), and were very fair on the price. It was a massive relief to be able to get it fixed so quickly. And the plumber who did the job was top notch.

If you have plumbing needs, I highly recommend this company. They have come multiple times to our house, and it’s been a great experience every time.

Brent gave excellent customer service. I called his company to request a change to my tub/shower valve from pull on/push off to turn on/turn off because it was difficult to pull on. Brent assessed my want and determined my request would have been super expensive and recommended changing the cartilage. The job went from hours of work to minutes and the new cartilage made the shower control very easy to turn on, turn off and mix the waters. I am very grateful for his recommendations and service and immediately shared your company and his name to a friend. I will definitely use Erickson for future jobs.

Erickson's price was half the price of a well-known competitor. Our water heater started leaking the day before a 2-week vacation. While they couldn't replace it the same day, they came into our house and installed the new water heater and removed the old one while we were on vacation. The new water heater is great! They kept in touch and updated us. Very friendly staff.
Our circuit breaker apparently wasn't working correctly when the new water heater was installed. The Erickson's technician called an electrician to correct the problem and didn't charge us because we had a lot going on in our lives and he thought we didn't need any more stress. What a great company - not many places would do that! I'm glad we hired them and I would hire them again. Five stars! I'd give them more if that were an option.

Absolutely Excellent service. We got a message telling us who would be arriving with their picture which was great. The two electricians were on time and very efficient. They completed the job ahead of my expectations and did an excellent job. They offered to do additional tasks with the remaining time in their hour but I had none. We had a great visit for the additional minutes. I could not be more pleased and will use Erickson exclusively

Best installers/repair people in the business. Installed boiler, AC/heat pump (by Jason) 12 years ago and have had Jason & Maria do yearly sevice checks ever since. Good to see Jason in your video. Yes they used real employee installers in their Ad.
