I had Erickson out for an HVAC system tune-up before winter. Aris was excellent—thorough, friendly, and informative. I’d gladly recommend Erickson and will definitely use them again!

Dean came by my house today and delivered excellent service. I had a leaking branch line from my kitchen sink down to the main stack, and the leak had leaked water all over my entertainment center in my basement. Dean came over with a smile and was ready for work. He came out with a parts runner named Jason, and both of them were so nice. They chatted with me, Dean told me what he would do before he did the work, any executed perfectly. We chitchatted while he worked, I ran the sink a few times to make sure that the fix was good, and green light! (Success)

Thank you so very much to Dean, and to all of Erickson, plumbing heating and air. I’ve worked with a lot of the other competition before, and they don’t hold up to the craftsmanship or care that these guys do. A word of advice to everyone looking for a service provider, If they offer upfront pricing, tell them to go away. Erickson is where it’s at. They charge time in material, but that’s the right way to go. They assess the situation for exactly what you want, and they don’t sell you for anything more than what you need.

Dean was awesome enough to tell me about updates and work that I could do in the future for my home, but understood my need in the moment. And he fixed my immediate problem while forecasting for work I could do in the future. He didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need. Thank you guys so much for always being such a reputable service company. I will always call on you guys when I need you and I will always recommend you. Six out of five stars.

There's nothing more to say other than they were upfront, honest and hardworking. My dryer duct was pretty plugged up with lint and they cleaned the whole thing out and cleaned up fairly quickly.

They did an amazing job cleaning the ducts. The communication was excellent and showed up when they said they would. Have already referred them to others and will use them again.

RT's is thorough, responsible, and cost-friendly! Large businesses may appear to be more legitimate (and more $$) but I can assure you RT's is a x10 better choice. Would recommend this family-owned business to all of my family and friends for your HVAC needs!

Richard and Trevor cleaned the air ducts in my older Circa 1950's house, and the vents definitely needed the cleaning! They were punctual, polite, and more than willing to explain what they were doing as well as showing before/after pictures of the vents and showing just how much dust was cluttering up the vents. I'll be breathing better from here on out!

My dryer was getting hot, but my clothes never dried. The son of this father and son team came out today and didn't leave until he spent two hours and fixed the problem. It was a big job just to figure out the issue and then to take care of it. I asked quite a few questions, all of which he gladly answered, so I could understand how you could have heat and wet clothes! I'm so grateful to finally use my dryer again. Plus, he was just an all around nice guy.

RT’s was great! They cleaned our ducts/vents and dryer duct out, and it made such a difference. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional service to clean out their air ducts.
