Great experience! Recommending to everyone!! I had no idea our vents could get as dirty as they were. Especially good for pet owners or former pets in the house. (If you know you know.) The air already feels cleaner to breathe!

Great local company! Trevor was on time, friendly, professional, affordably priced, and stuck to the price quoted.

He took the time to photograph before/after so I could see the difference for myself. He also paused at certain points to physically show me the stuff he was getting out.

Trevor and Richard cleaned our ducts and commented on how it had basically never been done before. They found all sorts of goodies when they cleaned them out like cigarettes, batteries and a mouse trap. We don't smoke so that was quite a surprise! The before and after photos were very drastic and showed how good of a job they did. Using both a high powered vacuum and a snake to knock off stuck on debris, our vents went from disgusting to clean. They even cleaned out our dryer vent for free. It has now been a couple weeks since they came and my husband and I have been sneezing less at home as a result. We appreciated the very thorough job.

Trevor came out to my property recently for dryer vent cleaning and we are very happy with the results! Trevor was polite and professional while also giving me tips on cleaning my applicances which is very appreciated as a new home owner.

Both father and son were personable, knowledgeable, and very clear about what the vent cleaning process involved. They were extremely thorough at getting the clogged vent cleaned. We had a great experience with RT today, they cleaned our vents which made a huge improvement in our air quality! In addition they were efficient and even made my daughter a balloon animal. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Meh, their work was ok and they came out quickly which was appreciated. But the nonsense afterwards left a really bad taste in my mouth. When I asked for how to pay him, he asked for cash or check?!! Who has $359 cash around the house? Maybe something you should tell the customer to get before you come out. And who has checks anymore, seriously 😒
So I had my bank's bill pay send out a check and didn't think about it again. More than 3 months later I get a threatening letter in the mail, no phone call, no other communication at all except for the threat of a mechanics lien. Maybe he shouldn't have held on to that check for over 2 months!! So here's the deal, I'll send the money today - PayPal, Zelle, Venmo - JUST PICK ONE but don't make threats when you could just make a pleasant phone call. And if you have to have a check, probably best to cash it immediately before people forget they even wrote it because nobody does checks anymore. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. If you don't mind these quirks, then they're fine to do business with, but BEWARE of the threats he'll make if you forget about the one check you wrote in the last 10 years 😞

If your looking for service in your home that will professional throughly clean your air ducts and dryer vent. Then this company will be the one to call. I recently had service done in my home and was very pleased with the results. People who really care about doing a complete job. I highly recommend this company.

Trevor and his dad were amazing! Very respectful of the property and my family, and just stand up guys. Another company had told me that my ducts were impossible to clean because of the way the townhome is built. RT seemed to have no issues and got it done no complaints!

We have had RT’s come out two times now to clean out our dryer vent. Our dryer vents through the roof, and if we don’t keep it cleaned, we learned the dryer will stop working and it’s a fire hazard as well. RT’s did a great job both times with cleaning out a lot of lint!! They have to get up on our high roof, and I’m happy to have professionals do that! They’re efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. We will continue to call them every couple years to keep it clear.

I was referred to RT's Furnace and Duct Cleaning and am very please with the services I received. Richard and Trevor did a great job in cleaning my furnace, air ducts and dryer vent. After Richard and Trevor cleaned my dryer vent, my dryer is like new now! They shared details and provided the before/after pictures of the work performed. RT's did a great job cleaning out our Furnace, Ducts and Dryer Vent. Trevor came out and was very friendly and communicated exactly what he was doing. Rich and Trevor were out to my home last week to clean my furnace and ducts. They quoted me a very reasonable flat rate based on the size of our house over the phone. There were no hidden or extra charges tacked on for extra vents or trunk lines. Rich and Trevor were super friendly and pleasant. They removed their shoes in the house which I appreciated. They got the work done in a timely manner. There was no pressure to add on extra jobs, although I was happy to know that they can clean my wood burning chimney in the future.
