How do I love Erickson Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical? Let me counts the ways!

My story starts with sweltering temperatures I've had to endure this summer- inside my home.

Increasingly worried this was becoming a health emergency, I scheduled an xcel/centerpoint energy audit for answers. Their detailed two hour analysis indicated that my 30 year old appliances were the culprit- and they referred me to Erickson.

From my initial call to the final installation, I've been incredibly impressed. Amanda, the office superhero was so compassionate and when I pointed that out, she said that's why they have a red heart in their logo to show that they value kindness (wow)! She offered to help me navigate an email consultation with Andy- their kind, dynamic project manager. Other companies i had contacted did not come close to their TLC and professionalism. In fact, Erickson was so over the top responsive that I felt like family and decided to hire them on the spot. Then, within one week, their polite, on time, hard working staff were able to install my beautiful energy-efficient water heater, furnace and A/C. WOW!

In short, Erickson thrives on exceeding expectations!!

Amazing service and outstanding work! For my basement renovation, Erickson installed a new combiboiler, new plumbing, and new electric. Their work was exceptional and they were very responsive. Not only was my project completed on time, but it came in under budget and higher quality than I had originally planned. Special thanks to Jason, Maria, and Amanda!

Steve (low voltage tech) was a superhero, in spite of the fact the Logitech Circle doorbell I purchased was a dud. He hung in there, trying every conceivable solution (having thoroughly done his homework ahead of time), all the while with a positive can-do attitude. I'll happily hire him again when a replacement option is found.

The technician from Erickson Heating and Plumbing diagnosed and fixed the issue with our air exchanger. The technician also clearly explained the issues so I would know exactly what happened and what was done to fix it. Good job!

Had Brent out this morning to fix a valve and an issue with our water softener. First, he was on time and very professional. He explained things very well and did a great job on our repairs. He suggested a few other things but was not pushing a sale, it was a great experience. Best plumbing company and experience we have ever had. Highly recommend.

Guys got here as scheduled, prompt n courtious, went thru what they did, cleaned up, highly recommend, this is my second purchase thru them as old furnance and ac were 27 yrs old but still worked.

Had the best experience with Erickson - I’d give 10 stars if I could!! We were in a time crunch in needing to sell our house but were dealing with the city who was anything but helpful. A technician (Joe) was able to come out within a day of calling to make an appointment, diagnose the problem, fix the problem in the same visit, and help submit all necessary paperwork to the city (likely the most painful part of the whole thing). And the price was great compared to what I was quoted just for an initial visit. Thank you to Zach and everyone at Erickson!! Will definitely be calling them for any of my future needs and recommending them to anyone that asks.

I was disappointed in Erickson's response to failing inspection and permitting for our commercial project.

We received a bid to install a commercial sink. The sink was provided by us. Although I offered to let them buy the sink directly if that was better for them. They chose to let us provide the sink. The specs for the sink and the components that came with it were shared before and during estimating. All other materials were to be provided by Erickson's. The bid included Erickson's handling permitting and inspection. Erickson's decided to not be present for inspection. It fell on us to walk the inspector through the project. The inspector said a mixing valve is required per code for a commercial sink and the plumbing contractors are responsible to know the code.

Erickson's then called us and are making us pay for the additional mixing valve and the additional labor even though they missed it in the code, and then in the bid. While the initial work done was well, I am disappointed that they did not take responsibility for missing something that they should be experts in not me.

Fantastic experience!
I was not super excited about getting a new water heater but the process was so smooth. Andy provided excellent customer service and it was so easy to get information and schedule.
Dean came out to do the installation and was knowledgeable, personable and showed me what I needed to know to ensure it stays in tip top shape!
It was a fantastic experience all around!, definitely will be using Ericksons in the future!

I had a leak in my upstairs shower. Josh came out and found and repaired the problem. He also replaced a leaking faucet in my kitchen. He walked through everything he was doing and why. He will be my go to plumbing guy going forward.

EXCELLENT FURNACE AND A/C SALE AND INSTALLATION!
Andy Hanson came out to my home and answered all my questions and helped me decide on what was the best furnace A/C combo based on my needs. He didn’t try to talk me into anything I wasn’t looking to buy, which is so much appreciated. He had my trust immediately. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is professional and responsive. Not only did he help me make the best decision on the purchase, he also provided information on purchase/finance options.

Installation was done by Jason and Aris. They did the work so quickly! They made sure I understood how everything worked, they cleaned up everything so nicely and even vacuumed up when done, although they didn’t scrub despite my hinting strongly! I appreciated that they laid down drop cloths to catch snow and dirt from the work.

I will be sure to recommend Erickson to others who may need your services. Thank you for a great experience!

From our initial assessment visit with Andy to our walk through inspection with Aris, our electrician Joe, everyone was friendly, informative. They all worked together as a cohesive team. Our old oil burning furnace system removed, new electric heat bump and AC installed in one and a half days! They cleaned up and removed all debris. Each provided answers about the system and Aris provided the ihearterickson program that we will be signing up for soon. All done first assessment to finish....a week! Amazing plus an Xcel rebate on the way!

Maria was great, but my air exchanger wouldn't perform for her. It's chirping now, so I sent her two videos with sound.

I had an awesome experience with Erickson Plumbing! I needed a water shut-off valve replaced before installing a new washing machine. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I appreciated the automatic email and text reminders. The day-of reminder even included a picture of my technician so I’d know who’s coming.

Brent arrived on time, was super courteous and very knowledgeable. Since he was here, he suggested he replace two valves since the 2nd one was okay, but would need to be replaced at some point and that would save me a future service call/fee. He showed me what he was doing and quickly finished the job.

Erickson was very accommodating in scheduling, they showed up exactly when they promised, they were very efficient in finding and resolving the issue we called about.

Amazing experience! I called Erickson to get a quote and schedule service to install new flush LED ceiling lights in the living room of our new home, as well as replace some existing older ceiling lights. As we were anxious to have the install completed as soon as we took possession of the house (ahead of furniture being moved in), I did this while we were actually waiting to close on the purchase, so all I could provide was the realtor shots of the home with the areas in which we wanted to work. Zach at Erickson was super friendly and provided a strong and confident quote (with the mutually understood caveat that a final price would obviously be dependent on a pre-install inspection). We booked an inspection date and installation appointment just a few days after the close. We worked with Joe M for both the inspection and installation, and he was spectacular -- amazingly friendly, great advice and guidance, diligent and efficient worker, and treated our home with respect and care. In the end, Joe installed 7 wafer lights (4 of which were replacements of existing fixtures) and 2 new switches with dimmers in the span of about 5 hours, and in the end, the final work looked pristine. If you didn't know he had been there that or weren't previously familiar with the rooms, you'd never know work had just been done. And it all came in right on quote, to boot. I can't wait to call Erickson again for future projects I already have in mind. THANKS, JOE, ZACK & THE ERICKSON TEAM! With a simple change, you've already transformed and upgraded our new home!
