Charlie and Micah came to my home today and provided wonderful service. They talked me through any questions I had and discussed some other maintenance to keep in mind. They were kind and tidy, working around pets easily. I feel like I even have a slightly better understanding about my furnace and ductwork. I will be definitely using Homeplace again in the near future!

My experience with Homeplace has been great! When there was a change in my dryer's performance following a dryer vent cleaning, Tim came out right away and solved the issue at no charge. Very knowledgable and kind.

Shawn did a great job cleaning our ducts, furnace and dryer vent. We recently moved into a house and had no idea how bad it actually was until he showed us everything he cleaned. He also explained to us everything he did after he finished! We are very grateful for his many hours and hard work.

We had them clean our dryer vent and gutters. After the dryer vent cleaning our yard was littered with chunks of compressed lint. As for the gutters, the job they did the first time was insufficient and even after a second cleaning we still had gutters clogged with debris. When I followed up, their response was “don’t call us again!”

Quality work at a reasonable price. Shawn did great work at my house! They even texted to let me know he was 15 minutes before he arrive to let me know he was heading my way. Recommend to anyone looking for duct cleaning!!

Tony and Shawn did a great job on multiple cleaning services! They were prompt, professional and very friendly. Shawn walked me through everything before they started and both Tony and Shawn answered my questions during their service. They had no problem showing me what they were doing and I could clearly see the impact (and value) their efforts had on my home. Booking the appointment for all the services over the phone was also quick and easy thanks to Jordan.

We moved into this house a year ago and realized the dryer vent hadn't been cleaned for years. Mica was courteous, professional, and efficient. He did a great job for us. We will use Homeplace again in the future.

Very disappointed given all the positive reviews. Last spring they were hired to clean the dryer vent at my association. While out I had them clean and inspect the A/C, the furnace, and clean the vents of the home. Long story short, we had to spend more money for another company to clean the dryer vents again (had photos showing it was never completed) after 2 dryer repairs, the A/C was never cleaned and inspected and needed replacing. I spent months trying to connect with the owner along with a few notes to Lisa. Lisa was unresponsive. The owner would occasionally respond but was always busy with vacations and sick family members or meetings. He claimed he tried calling me back once, however, I never showed a call from my end nor a note from him saying he was trying to contact me. I had hopes of having a conversation about all my concerns seeing as it cost over $6k to do the additional repairs and replace the A/C, especially with the amount of positive reviews.

We had Homeplace come out to our home today for manual duct cleaning along with our dryer vents. I was very impressed by the service! Shawn and Tim were the technicians and did a terrific job. They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived right on time. They were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will be utilizing Homeplace again in the future and definitely recommend their service. Thank you!

Charlie was 20 minutes early for the already narrow time window that Homeplace provided for my in-home cleaning service! Still gave me plenty of warning to inform me of arrival time and allowed me to still enjoy my day off. He was quick, efficient, and honest about the systems inside my house. Excellent service and will be sure to reach out again for future cleaning services.

Michael was here and he did an excellent job. Very pleasant and professional. He was here at 8 am as I had requested. I’d have him back again!

These guys were fantastic! Bonfe quoted me $2200 to clean out my heat exchanger on my boiler. These guys did it for $300. They not only cleaned it but discovered the problem and fixed it. excellent service!

Super easy to call and inquire about air duct cleaning. The scheduler I spoke with was kind and informative. Their services and prices were straightforward and competitive. Micah, our service tech, did a great job explaining the process and was considerate of our home. I've already recommended these folks to the rest of my family!

Shawn and Micah were assigned to clear out the outside dryer vents from the roof of our 89 unit clubhome association. I choose to add the inside dryer service. I mention I had just purchased a new washer & dryer and they immediately explain to me that I didn’t need that extra service!! He even checked my filter and gave me some tips on cleaning it. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced, polite and so honest. Our Association has them come out every year and we are very pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

Shawn just came out and cleaned out my very dirty dryer vents. He was very courteous and efficient. The whole process took less than
5 minutes. Will definitely be signing up to have him and Homeplace Furnace out again.

We are looking for a HVAC company to service both the furnace and AC. I checked on this company because the previous owner used it once before. We do not why they didn't use them more. I am disappointed that the owner only replied to positive reviews and not negative ones. Therefore, we would not use this company

The first thing that happened was this van was riding me so close. Like scary close. But I was going the speed limit in a multi-lane highway. They eventually passed. I was calm it didn't stress because I just wanted to have a good day.

But then I started seeing the van swerve towards other cars.

Ahead of me they kept swerving in and out of lanes. It was scary how big of swerves they were making. When changing lanes no blinker was used. Then we got off on the same exit and they started driving oddly slow. I had my blinker on to exit in the other turning lane and they merged ahead without a blinker. I got nervous of how slow they started driving off the exit...Not sure what they we're doing.

I passed and looked to see who was driving. They looked really tired or something. They still couldn't stay in their lane. Please check on this driver. Nov 11th around 7:45am.
