Erica arrived to clean my rental after the worst tenant I’ve ever encountered left. This tenant did no cleaning during a two year lease. Erica took this one room at a time and put a shine on the place I didn’t think possible! I can’t say enough about her work ethic and diligence.

This was my second time using Turnover Cleaning and once again, happy customer. They are always prompt, efficient, and super respectful. In addition, they are always willing to work with you in what you need done/packaging, which I really appreciate as a single mom. Highly recommend!

Just very bad experience. Cleaning wasn’t good, they showed up late, had to send people multiple times and all the cleaning still didn’t get done. After questioning it, they had excuses and put it back on me. I watched the cleaner wipe the counter with the bottom of his t shirt. Pretty sure that’s not great procedure. I cleaned what they missed is a few minutes. I would NOT recommend this company to clean your home.

Turnover cleaning has great reviews. We had used them previously with solid results. Our most recent experience however was quite poor. I feel it is important for our experience to be shared. I think it is also fair to point out it may have been a one-time bad luck on the cleaning, but the way the issue was resolved left my wife and I frustrated.

We used turnover cleaning most recently to clean a property we were moving out of and having tenants moving in.

When my wife came home from work Friday she immediately called me. There were visible dirt and dust bunnies on the floor. There was a lot of missed items from the checklist we had looked at. We took some photos of the missed items. My wife and I had a lot going on, but our next reaction was to get to work and finish cleaning/moving. We had promised the tenants they could move in the next morning. We spent several hours together cleaning floors, dusting, and doing what we felt were the most obvious missed items.

To their credit, the upstairs bathroom was cleaned well and most of the kitchen was cleaned well. The kitchen is not large and they did not clean any of the fridge (we had requested they ignore the inside).

We were shocked and frustrated when we received the bill. The bill was for 7.25 hours and included window sill cleaning and oven cleaning. While I did direct the window and oven cleaning, and the oven cleaning was done well. The windows were not cleaned and so many more items were missed.

I am not a cleaning expert, but for what was cleaned well, I suspect at the most one person spent 2-3 hours cleaning.

On Monday we sent an email with photos. Erica responded and agreed that it did not look good and that she could send someone new out immediately to fix it. However at this point we had already cleaned and move the tenants in. After talking with her I felt guilty and like I had done something wrong by not calling her immediately upon seeing how much was missed. I am not sure if this was fair, I felt I gave them an opportunity to clean the first time and when it wasn't I needed to get it done and I had deadlines, but first instinct was not to call the people who had not done the work.

We were offered 15% off the work, but we felt were were not being heard or understood. We felt a faction of that amount of work was done. While talking with Erica and feeling guilty about not reaching out at the time of the incident we reached an agreement with her to provide a 25% discount. We had expected to pay for a cleaning and we are sympathetic to small businesses. I was not happy with the arrangement I still felt the quality and quantity of work done was not close to 75%, also as a basic person I was not really prepared to have a drawn out negotiation and wanted to move on.

However, we never received an updated invoice and I did not follow up because I still felt frustrated with the gap from the price were going to be paying and how much was felt like being done. Several months later Erica followed up to ask why we had not paid. I told her it was because we had not gotten the price we agreed on. I was blamed for not reaching back out sooner and correcting for the discount. Maybe that is my fault.

In the end I agreed and paid for 40% discount off the work. Still feels like a significant gap between the work that was done. But I didn't feel like arguing for a larger discount. The money wasn't important. I did not like feeling guilty or bad fighting for what was poor quality work. Even if it was a one-time bad experience by an employee (which happens) we were not happy with the follow up and won't use them again.

**Update: The owner responded claiming I did not have pictures. I had not attached pictures to the initial post because I was not trying to shame the company. The attached photos were AFTER the whole property was "cleaned". (I have more) Additionally, we did clean the property ourselves, because we had tenants moving in the next morning at 8AM and we came home from work at 5PM!

Have used twice to clean wall-to-wall carpets in bedrooms. Once prior to move in, once to clean some older stains that were left by our dog in her final days that were months old. Results were great both times. On time, quick, and spotless results. Will definitely use again next time we need carpets cleaned.

Team # 8 with Lesly and Marcela do an amazing job! We have used the service for years and have never had any real complaints. Anything we want done differently has been promptly addressed. They are also very nice people and sweet to our three little girls when we can’t be away from the house during a cleaning. I would highly recommend.

I scheduled a move-out cleaning for my house because I am putting it up for sale. The team who came out to clean my house were amazing. Incredibly efficient - they got right to work - and even asked if I needed my extra fridge (located in the garage) cleaned. They did forget to clean my blinds (which is included in their move-out cleaning services), but when I called about this, the company was great about it. They offered to send the team out to clean the blinds at no additional charge. I happily accepted this, and they did an mazing job on the blinds as well. I would definitely recommend Molly Maids to anyone and would book them in the future as well.
