I can't give a more than 3 stars because I was not happy with the tip that they requested with their billing of the service. I've never seen a contractor request a tip for their service before. I paid the tip but was not very happy about it. After thinking about it later it really bothered me. I've paid hundreds of contractors over the years and I've never been asked about a tip for their work. The cost of the service should be the bottom line. The customer may want to include a tip but one should never expect one for a service contract. No request for tips once the job is completed. Not very professional in my view.

I have no idea how but in less than 25 minutes, Cedric had the carpet looking brand new, got stains out, and put a deodorizer down as a finishing touch. Don't bother with other carpet cleaning companies!

All of these reviews are bogus. They won’t answer my phone call after we told them we weren’t happy. They also refused to give me any of the owners information. They left so much water on the carpet I have to rent a cleaner to suck up some water or they will be ruined. Then they said they come back out and never showed. We will be going after our money back. And we have witnesses and pictures. Please buyer beware if you don’t want your carpets ruined, Choose a different company. Thank God our car company got our money back from these horrible people and scam artist

Terrible. First of all, they came to my home an hr later then what was scheduled over the phone. Technician was very nice and friendly but was a poor job overall. It did absolutely nothing. Especially for a steam cleaning and their deep clean package. I rented out a carpet washer and did a better job at removing stains and smelled better. Save your money and do it yourself. Lesson learned.

Used this service to get the carpet cleaned in my new apartment as well as mattresses cleaned. Competitive rates and the cleaners were here in a timely manner. They also use eco-friendly materials, which is great if you're into that kind of stuff. I would definitely recommend them.

I'm a little on the picky side. I l live in an apartment with wall to wall, pale cream carpet and I have pets. Needless to say the carpet gets pretty grubby.Crystal Clear Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on the carpets and also cleaned three large area rugs for me. Everything looks like new. Moreover, the price was extremely reasonable.The cleaners are friendly, punctual and very professional.I will absolutely use them again.
