Very good work,on time, thorough inspection for cat urine and treatment.Technician was very knowledgeable and I would have him back in a heartbeat!!

I called as we had a leather chair that had gotten some blood on it and was calling to see if Coit could possibly help us remove the stain. On the phone your representative assured us that you could remove this stain He added that if the service person arrived and if they could not remove the stain, there would be no charge and he would just leave. Well, he came and said he didn't think he could get the stain out but said he could do an overall treatment to the chair and it would be less noticeable. So we said ok. However, his treatment did NOTHING and the area of concern looked the same when he left as when he came. Since he was NOT able to help us I don't feel we should have been charged the $162.xx, I believe he knew that his treatment was NOT going to work and lead us to believe it might make it better, just to collect payment for his visit.

Excellent results! My tile looks new again! The cleaner was very professional and thorough.

The tech called and when I told him that we wanted an estimate to clean the dryer vent, he said he didn’t need to come and would email me an estimate. I never got the email. Lousy customer service.

Just got an estimate. Coit cleaned my vents for $1,100 six years ago. Estimate today was $3,000. Sorry, using someone else for $990 with reverse pressure.

The cleaning technician was very good. That’s the only good part. I used this service in 2023 and the process was a call for an appointment, followed by my drapes taken down and away…offsite..for cleaning. Then they were returned and reinstalled excellently.
This time I called and made the appointment. I moved the furniture out of the way for room for them to be removed. The COIT representative arrived and it was made clear to me that he was only there to assess the project and give me a quote and to make another appointment to come into my home for the cleaning. That process was NEVER revealed to me by the customer service representative on the phone. I was NOT happy.
The technician came to the appointment WITHOUT a ladder…the drapes are very long and wide. He did a good job with the stain. However I had no idea that the odor from the cleaning fluid would be so intense and disgusting, making me ill and giving me a severe headache. NEVER AGAIN. From beginning to end it was a miserable experience and it started at the first point of contact. If I had been briefed on the process, I would never have made the appointment.

He was great. I enjoyed him and he did excellent work. I will be calling for him the next time around as well.

I had two down-filled white cotton couches cleaned and after the first visit, I wasn’t satisfied. However, I called and spoke to customer support who was very kind and accommodating and offered for someone to come redo the job the next day. Cuavante came and dry cleaned the couches, and he was so professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and did a wonderful job!

Cleaned a large sectional couch with dry clean method (one of the only cleaners I called to do this). Had great communication, great job, timely, no extra fees, excellent service. Also had best price.

Online quote with services and discount different from actual price. Corners and edges not sufficiently cleaned with no real attention to detail. Carpet and bathroom stone/tile services performed.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was the biggest waste of money. The guy was only at my house for about 20 minutes and it didn’t even seem like he attempted to actually clean my couch. I basically paid $200+ for a “deodorizing” treatment. I could have paid a few bucks for a can of aerosol spray to do the same thing.

The work completed on hot and cold air ducts was really well do, I feel my home it cleaner and healthier.

Henry was very efficient and and friendly. Knew what he was doing and I felt very confident. Carpet looks great and will have him back for tile cleaning. Thanks Henry!

The technician was polite, prompt and professional. The rug turned out great, but the stairs still don’t look clean. I’m surprised because the carpeting isn’t even 4 years old.

I reached out to several duct cleaning companies in Minneapolis. Several didn't do condos or apartments in high rises, some didn't call me back; one gave a ridiculously expensive price quote - and then, there was COIT. Easy to reach, easy to schedule, nice technicians and reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We trust COIT to clean and deodorize our area rugs. We have three dogs that require periodic rug cleaning. The gentleman who has worked with us over the years is friendly and professional, and the quality of service is great.

The gentleman who did our work was curtious and extraordinarily helpful to take care of our dryer and exhaust fan cleaning. Going beyond doing the required to clean up and leave things better than he found them.

Good job I think…while I have experienced good service from Coit, I think it could be improved by explaining how prices are estimated and why. No measurements were taken so it was a little bit more of a mystery and I had to get less done than hoped to stay on budget.
