About 2,000 sqft, 3 cleaners, 3.5 hours, and $625. My wife and I were surprised by the cost after they were done, but the place does look good.

Wonderfully helpful. First hired for deep clean, then asked them to come back regular. The prices were fair and upfront! Helped with standard cleanings, and even helped with organizing closets, pantries, cabinets, the black hole that is the catch all room in the basement because they were really important for us. They made everything simple, checked in with me for how I wanted things, deep cleaned even the places we usually forget about. We love you TCC! Our son loves when you’re around, and we love when you come to visit. So grateful to have you.

I’ve hired a few cleaners in the past for deep cleans and TC Cleaners did by far the best job! They were able to get stubborn areas cleaned making my house look nearly brand new. Love the work they do for maintenance cleans too. Highly recommend!

TC cleaners did a cleaning job for my real estate client to get the home ready for appraisal and they knocked it out of the park.

Not sure where to even start. I'll keep it short and to the point. I had communicated with "Swen" the front office guy about my needs for a cleaning. It was straight forward.
1. Upper level of Rambler.
2. 1100 sq ft.
Don't worry about kids rooms.
* During the conversation I ask about how long it'd take 3 PEOPLE to clean. About an hr or so? Swen said "yes, about that"
* I was prepared for $65 per cleaner. Around 1 to 2 hrs MAX"

After 2 hrs of being away from my home I return to the cleaners still there. When I walked in they stated they were "waiting for their lead cleaner to arrive because they didn't know what they were to do"...

Mind you I was paying for those 2 hrs they were there waiting on the 3 lead cleaner.

After 5 HOURS they notified me they were done. When I returned home I was hit with a $600 bill.

You might ask HOW IN THE WORLD it took 3 professional cleaners 5 hrs to clean 1100 sf?? Because they ALSO CLEANED my basement which i clearly stated to NOT CLEAN OR GO DOWNSTAIRS.

After contacting Swen about the mistake they made, the astronomical up charge in service and how I was completely not expecting a $600 cleaning service, how we talked about 1 or 2 hrs of cleaning with 3 cleaners... and now it was $600 and 5 hrs, Swen basically told me they will not provide a refund for their mistake and all their cleaners arrive to each home with the instructions to clean everything. And he was sorry for the miscommunication but was not going to offer any compensation or refund. They did offer for them to come back for a 2nd clean at a discounted price .

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THAT WILL UPCHARGE YOUR SERVICES AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

*Which by the way is illegal in Minnesota. ​​

I cannot say enough good things about TC cleaners. Sarah, Rachel, Tracy and Ayisha completely TRANSFORMED my dad’s house after 10 years of neglect. They were punctual, efficient, professional and so very kind and understanding. My dad was embarrassed and very resistant to have cleaners in his home, but I wish I had a photo of his face when he saw the results of their work. He was in complete awe! Aside from being so impressed by the cleaning and level of attention to detail, my dad kept commenting on how relaxed he felt sitting in his home. My heart is so full of gratitude.
