Jim has always been extremely responsive whenever we have contacted him. He has always found a way to accommodate our requests and schedule.We have used Cavalry for several years now and are always impressed with the care and expertise provided. Cavalry will always be our "go to" cleaners for carpets, rugs, and upholstery cleaning.

Seriously great service, friendly, neat and thorough...the best carpet cleaning we've had, and it included pet issues, aging carpet and more. Even handled some issues on a relatively new sofa and love seat, just from human wear and tear. Looks great.

On time, respectful of our home, and got a few stains out I didn't think was possible...highly recommended! Even my wife was impressed, and that is a vastly higher bar than me!

Calvalry cleaners did a great job. I've been using them for years and never been disappointed. My carpets, especially the stairs, were filthy from a kitchen remodel. Jim came in and in 2 hours, they looked very clean. Great work.

Jim from Cavalry washed my white carpets yesterday. They now look brand new! I was amazed how clean they got (they were quite dirty!). Jim was thorough, kind, and more affordable than all the others I had requested quotes from. Even though my house took quite a bit longer than expected he still charged me his quoted price. He worked really hard and his work is quality. I highly recommend him!!

Jason came within an hour of my phone call. A home cleaning service had dripped a cleaning solution while carrying it up our stairs. It was toxic and it was dripped on a number of the steps of our stairs. I wanted it cleaned right away. It made my day to find someone to come so quickly. Jason was so kind. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service.

APD Commercial Solutions did an excellent job cleaning our facility. Their communcation was great. They arrived on time and were very professional. The team did a thrurough job cleaning our entire facility. We will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to any local business.

After a no-show from the estimator, this was my duct AFTER the eventual cleaning (technician was late and rushing). Coit promised to send another technician to re-clean my ducts, however they re-scheduled last minute. Then, no one showed up for the new appointment.

Coit agreed to refund me but never processed the request. Total scam!

Was quoted one price on phone when teck showed up to do carpet cleaning he quoted me twice what I expected to be paying. Since I moved all my small stuff out of three rooms in preparation for cleaning I agreed to pay additional amount. It is hard to judge how the cleaning looks till the carpet is dry. I will question the person that gave me a price over phone based on previous service and why one inclease when he showed up.

I found the carpet service was quite nice. The carpet was cleaned nicely. The price was quite good.

Overall the quality of the carpet cleaning was very poor. Left staining on the light colored carpet.
Although the operator was very pleasant, his work process was way too fast and even with a 40% discount it was too expensive.
His method was like running a vacuum cleaner very quickly over the carpet rather than a slow standard of back and forth to allow the steam to penetrate and vacuum it up. And I did not even see any wisps of steam.
Very poor commercial cleaning that I have ever experienced.

COIT came through last Wednesday and man I appreciated the service! Thankful they had a vacuum system that was powerful and that they sprayed initially, and as they went.

I believe the expert had some great advice for me about my next project, countertops. And didn't expect for him to give me all the info and pointers, but he did.

Now that the carpet is cleaner I have a clear runner on the way to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Still was a track mark that initially showed, but cleared after dry, and now only shows with specific lighting and abnormal angle.

Very economical and courtesy was a plus.

Great things to say, ONCE AGAIN, about COIT carpet cleaning. Henry, the magician, was at our house back in 2017, and I was thrilled to see him again today! He worked his magic in 4 post-teenager bedrooms- I should have done it sooner. The carpets look brand new- and for such a reasonable price. CRAZY GREAT SERVICE!
