We had a cleaning emergency after our Labrador became ill and soiled the carpet in three rooms. Coit was able to send someone out the next day and the carpets came out looking brand new. The technician was courteous and positive, and did a great job.

The cleaning technician arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning our couch. It also had a fresh clean scent afterwards (due to the essential oils they add). We are happy with the results!

Updating to 2 stars after speaking to a manager and receiving a partial refund from company. While the partial refund did not fix the issues that occurred, it was certainly an acceptable resolve considering.

First visit for cleaning did not remove spots. Arranged for second visit and concerns were dismissed by technician. After the second cleaning, he acknowledged the concerns and that it appeared detergent wasn’t used the first time. He had packed all his equipment up before going what he did with me. He had missed spots and did not offer to complete those areas. For $850 (with a discount), the service was one of the worst I’ve experienced. Photos of a few of many areas after cleaning.

Henry Bornes came to the resident. The carpets were not in the best. Hoiwever, when he was done, the carpets looks like they were new one. Henry B. did am amazing job. He was effective, fast, friendly and respectful.

Jeff was professional, courteous and efficient. He offered me the upfront quote which I appreciated and did a great job with cleaning the vents. 5 stars for his service!

The best carpet cleaning we have had ever! Great job getting out some stubborn stains! Also did a very good job extracting water from the carpet. Only the stairway was a bit wet. Thank you for the great service!

I worked with Brian from Coit, and he was amazing! Our curtains were all cleaned, and Brian made sure the stain was removed from our curtains. He was pleasant to work with, and made the whole process so easy. I highly recommend Coit, and especially working with Brian!

If I could give 100 stars I would. I had contacted several different companies and explained my problem with pet smell stained concrete in my unfinished basement and they all said they couldn’t help. 1 call to COIT and they knew exactly what to do. Santosh communicated with me about timing which made things so much easier for my schedule. He walked me through everything he was seeing and what and how he was going to tackle the problem. Santosh was fast, efficient, personable and did a better job than I was expecting! He was absolutely phenomenal. COIT (and specifically Santosh) will be my first call now for any carpet, tile, concrete whatever I need cleaning. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I cannot thank Santosh and COIT enough for going above and beyond my expectations when other companies told me no.

I had tile/grout cleaning and carpet cleaning done. It was easy with COIT and the COIT employee was fantastic and friendly. I can 100% recommend them and will use them again.

We had Leo from Coit over today to clean our velvet couch. With a toddler and dog, our couch was in need of a cleaning and after using Coit to clean it, it looks brand new! Highly recommend

I made an appointment for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning. I requested someone specific for the carpet cleaning and was told he'd be here. The guy shows up on Monday, said he is here to give a quote only and does hvac only not carpet. I called on Tuesday to find out what happened and the manager was clueless and just said he can send someone else out. I scheduled this weeks in advance and we had other contractors lined up for the week so only Monday was going to work for us. Very disappointed in how this was handled. I used them in July and Henry was great! Thats why I requested him again.

I believe your technicians name was Jeffrey. He did an excellent job! He was professional and careful in every respect. I especially appreciate that he put every vent cover back in place. The last company that cleaned my HVAC system didn’t put the covers in place and it made it very hard for me to do myself.

We had vents, sofa and carpet cleaned. Estimate was $388. After he arrived, he quoted $960. When I challenged the estimate we agreed upon $760. Tech was nice, but $760 for less than 2 hours of work seems like a lot. Plus the sofa is still wet 8 hours later. I’m not sure anything is any cleaner. Buyer beware!

We had a great experience with COIT! Their communication was timely, the technician was very knowledgeable and walked us through our problem areas and what we could expect for results, and he even had time to do an extra room that we hadn't originally planned to do. I would highly recommend COIT for your carpet/hardwood cleaning!

OMG! When I say ghetto I mean it!!! Do not waste your time with this company it’s a big joke!!!!!
