Some people may not understand the devastation and feeling of hopelessness one may feel after experiencing a fire. The smell as well as the presents of toxic soot and smoke residue can be not only damaging but also dangerous and hazardous to your health. The team that was sent to take on the task of cleaning up the after math are a blessing to me. They were hardworking - paid attention to detail - caring and understanding. My apartment once again feels like home and I'll be forever grateful. From the ceiling to the floor and wall to wall - they did the best job they could do - thank you thank you thank you. I highly recommend to those searching for you.

Turnover Cleaning was great from start to finish. I found them on Facebook, they were responsive to my inquiry, and they got me on the schedule the same week! On the day of, again they were very good with staying in communication with me.

Two technicians arrived, worked together seamlessly to get the job done, and they were gone in about an hour, after leaving me with some tips about air circulation to ensure the carpet dried completely over several hours. I would definitely use them again!

We are returning customers of Turnover. We also referred them to family. Turnover didn’t disappoint and again did an amazing job. Our front room carpet was the worst but you can’t even tell. Shout out to Deangelo and his coworker. They both were friendly, efficient, thorough and professional.

The bathrooms were only cleaned on the top and not what really needed cleaning. Floors were not cleaned properly and countertops were still dirty. This was supposed to be move in ready cleaning. I have had to sacrifice my packing time to clean the house properly.

Did an excellent job on cleaning the carpet in our home with two large dogs and lots of foot traffic! Carpets look like new. Excited to learn they also do house cleaning. Can't wait to schedule them for cleaning as well! Very responsive, timely and professional. I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

I contacted Turnover on very short notice to clean some carpets in the house I was moving into in 3 days. I wanted to get them done before furniture was in there. I told them what I needed and they rearranged some things to fit me in within the time I had available! They provided clear communication and a valuable service! Our cleaner, Crystal, has done an amazing job for us. She is very dependable and leaves our house looking great each time she comes! We do a clean every two weeks and have for quite a while. We have not had any concerns throughout this time and have been very satisfied with the service!

David was great! Very friendly, professional, and had great communication. I had a pipe burst in my kitchen and it ruined my whole lower level. Once construction was done my house was a disaster; construction dust everywhere. It was so overwhelming and David did an amazing job making it feel like home again.

I’ve used Turnover Cleaning a few times to clean our carpets and they’ve always been wonderful so we decided to book them to help us with a move out clean. They did a tremendous job! It ended up requiring more time that I originally booked, but they communicated wonderfully and were very transparent about everything. They take pride in doing a good job. Our housecat peed all over our basement carpet here in Eden Prairie. Set up an appointment with Turnover online, it was easy and I got a phone call follow-up right away. They turned up on time a couple days later on the scheduled day, did a great job with the carpet, and were courteous and professional. The price was quite reasonable for the work done. Excellent customer service! We contacted the team at Turnover Cleaning to do the cleaning of our home to get it ready to sell. Aaron's team was able to respond to our request with only one week notice. We got the works done on our house - full service cleaning of the interior, including dusting floor to ceiling, all appliances, and the carpets! Our house needed to be immaculate for an upcoming open house and Aaron's team took care of everything! We also really appreciated the direct communication from the team throughout the entire process.
