These helpers were lifesavers! I can’t imagine a better experience with Molly Maids! They were thorough, fast, professional. P.S. Those who helped me were Yesenia and Marisol of Team 12. I am a customer for life!

I used Molly Maids of Chanhassen for my move-out cleaning and they seriously did an amazing job. Everything was sparkling clean, smelled great, and they worked fast but super efficiently. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would recommend them 100 percent. I’ll be using them again for monthly cleanings at my new house and will definitely be requesting Team 8 — Lesly and Marcela were awesome.

Molly Maid Chanhassen has cleaned my home for 5 years. I have had only two teams and both have been wonderful! Currently, Blanca and Lesly come every 2 weeks. They're great, I (Kristen) couldn't have gone back to work full time without them. I'm grateful for the pride they put into their work.

Molly Maid was FANTASTIC. I worked with Team #5: Elizabeth and Vilma. They did such an amazing job on my home—my family literally gasped at the cleanness when I FaceTimed them. Every corner of the house was done, even the moulding, walls, and stairs. They put things into piles that were on the floors, making it easier for me to access and sort. They tossed so much trash, including old food, which alleviated a lot of my stress too. The floor even shines.

My house is 1900 sq ft, 3 floors, and it only took Elizabeth and Vilma 4 hours. In contrast, when my parents’ private housekeeper came, it took 3 people 7 hours to do a lower quality job. This team clearly worked hard and stands by their work!

I was anticipating a one-time cleaning, but I’m already booking repeat services. Those are reasonable rates—for my 1900 sq ft house, it’s 250$ every 3 weeks.

As someone who has bad back pain and often can’t clean for more than 30 minutes, this was such a blessing at a reasonable price. Thank you so much, Elizabeth and Vilma!

Molly Maids and Team 10 Flor and Edith were incredible. They came in and did a wonderful job, thorough job of cleaning top to bottom in only 3 hours. These 2 are unbelievable workers. They showed up on time and got right to it. Thank you

We had Team 3, Edith, Marcela and Laura out to clean after some construction in our house. They were fantastic and I cannot say what a blessing it was to have this spotless house after living with construction dust for months. I will not hesitate to have them again!

We switched to Molly Maid in Chanhassen after experiencing substandard cleaning with another service. Team 12 does an excellent job cleaning our house and they've also been very flexible on the weeks when we've needed to adjust our cleaning day. Highly recommend!

Been having cleanings every few weeks for the last couple of months with Team 1 (Silvia and Sofia). They are efficient while still doing a fantastic job of cleaning. In addition to cleaning, they take special care of always making the spaces in our home feel welcoming and cozy!

Team 12 (Yesenia and Marizol) did a deep clean of my house yesterday, with excellent results. It was my first experience with a housecleaning service, and their work exceeded my expectations.

Added comment: I’m happy to report that Team 12 continues to do an excellent job each time they return to clean our house. The service is well worth the cost.

We hired Molly Maid to do a move-out cleaning for our 1300 sq foot townhome on short notice. Team #3 (Edith & Marcela) did an incredible job! Our townhome is cleaner than it was when we moved in. Edith & Marcela were friendly, efficient and very thorough. We couldn't be happier with their work, and will hire them again in the future. The best cleaning service I have had! Yessinia and Marizol
did an outstanding job! I am so impressed with the cleaning service. I have had other companies do my housecleaning but Molly Maids is the best one by far! I would highly recommend them.

TLDR: GOOD CLEAN, but POOR Customer Experience; 0 out of 10 for Comms… “I DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH”

The Service was provided by their team members Silvia & Sophia (aka Team 1).
They arrived within their arrival window & promptly went to work. There were no questions or communication, just right to work cleaning bathrooms & vacuuming carpets.
But That was exactly why this is only a 3 star review.
I work nights & I wanted to try to communicate with them to figure out a plan so I knew what needed or was going to be done so I could crack off & sleep for my Shift. NEITHER TEAM MEMBER SPOKE ANY ENGLISH APPARENTLY. I tried, & received blank looks as I attempted communication, throwing out some very broken Spanish to receive a Fraction of intel/info so as to proceed. There was 0 comms to be had between me & the staff… & 0 effort on their part to establish any lines of communication. Leaving their presence in my home to feel awkward.

They cleaned my house well. But I feel the experience & overall clean was hampered by a lack of any clue or communicated plan; as I ended up having to clean my own room so I could go to sleep for work (hours late on my sleep schedule), because the cleaners Lack any English education.

The floors, carpets & Bathrooms (Toilets, showers, sinks, etc…); Kitchen, countertops & cabinets; all Clean. Took 3.5/4 hours. No comms shared at any point, even upon initial request.

I had my first cleaning from Molly Maid of Chanhassen today. Alba & Iris, our team, exceeded my very high expectations. They arrived a few minutes early, cleaned every shelf, corner, and surface perfectly. I had a less than satisfactory service with a different company. (Late 3 of 6 weeks. Broke a cabinet door. Never dusted the shelves.) My daughter recommended Molly Maid. She was right. From the first call, through the estimator visit, to today’s cleaning, customer service and communication were exceptional. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Molly Maid has been cleaning our home for the past 10 months. This is my first experience with professional cleaners. Our team always arrives on time, treats our home with respect, and consistently does a great job. I love the fresh clean smell after they leave. Go team #8!

I've been using Molly Maid for a few years now and Team 1 (Silvia and Sofia) do a wonderful job of getting my approximately 2000 sqft home cleaned up. They're prompt, work great around my dog and even do some nice touch of cleaning for him, and are usually done in less than an hour for a regular cleaning. I really appreciate the care and quality the team puts into their work and the results I get!

We initially found the company a bit too persistent when trying to schedule our consultation—it felt slightly aggressive. However, once Team 11 arrived for the cleaning, everything changed. They were incredibly polite, worked with impressive diligence, and left our home cleaner than it’s ever been. Truly stunning results.

One moment that really stood out: our shower doors were coated in so much soap scum, you could barely see through them. We’d even had window cleaning services try and fail to get them clean. But after Molly Maids finished and I walked into the bathroom, my jaw dropped—those shower doors looked brand new. I couldn’t believe it.

We’d love to have the same team again next time. Highly recommended!
