Classic Concrete assisted with a monumental basement project. This company removed concrete and soil from our basement, prepared insulation for in-floor heat (contracted separately) and re-poured a beautiful new color-concrete floor. The crews were punctual, courteous and diligent. The end result is beautiful - thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about Classic. We hired them to redo our front steps/walkway/sidewalk and to pour a sport court. They were flexible, faster and more affordable than any other company we talked to and they did great work. I have referred them to several friends who were equally happy with their product and service.

Originally, I planned to leave 1 star. Not happy with the service (lack there of) that we were given, but I'm also not trying to fully destroy this company's ratings, because it seems like they do decent work, most of the time. We were apparently the exception, and based on our experience, we will not recommend this company to anyone.

- Zero communication throughout, and even to this day
- Did not receive what we wanted and we had attempted to confirm for MONTHS in advance (chosen in the fall, had all winter to confirm scope. Crew showed up confused about the scope)
- Minimal clean-up
- Zero follow-up
- Decent workmanship (awesome crew) minus a few spots where the saw must have gotten away from the cutter and left some large gashes in our new floor & a new hole in our drywall and a clump on the new apron
- Freshly filled and sealcoated driveway left with cracks opened back up and couple chunks taken out
- Oil stains left on the freshly done driveway, as well
- Poured in cold weather dropping below freezing with no care instructions and an uncovered pour (had to contact friends in the concrete industry to get answers, then go purchase plastic to cover in the freezing temps, hopefully that helped?)
- Left waiting, having to reach out to the company almost every step of the way to figure out when the crew would be back
- Had no idea if they were done, until a few days later they showed back up to do more work..?
- Illegally leaving our vehicles parked in our cul de sac while awaiting knowledge of next steps/work times
- etc. It was an awful experience for us.

I get it, it's major construction, things are going to happen, and being in the construction industry, myself (my wife as well), we understand that no one looks at their home more closely than a homeowner who just had a major construction project done. All it would have taken to bump this up and have another satisfied customer is communication. Being in construction sales myself, I know that it is the key factor in positive outcomes and feedback.

Anyway... still haven't received care instructions or any type of follow-up, nor were we ever told how long to wait for it to set before foot traffic, vehicle traffic, etc. I don't beleive this is common knowledge, but yes, knowledge you can find on google or from others in the industry relatively easy.

Maybe we're a one-off situation? Maybe this is typical? At least set proper expectations up front if you're not going to communicate along the way.

Thank you to the crew for the hard work, and even thanks to Classic Company for coordinating, but, please be better at informing the "non-experts" (us homeowners) about the process and keeping us updated. Maybe if it was an outdoor sidewalk it wouldn't have been so disruptive and inconvenient, but for us (new garage floor with an interior room underneath, did not reveive the waterproofing we wanted), this project was extremely disruptive. We knew it would be, that's fine, but we were just left to wonder what's next. Still wondering, quite honestly.

Grateful for you coordinating and doing the work, grateful it's done. Thanks, again.

Maybe Dave? Been a while, only took you a year to reply. I was also left completely hanging by your company when I reached out for warranty questions. Just questions. Ignored.

Eric came out and provided a great bid. We agreed to use them and it was smooth as silk. They came out and really did a great job. Er love the new driveway and it is graded perfectly so no ice in the winter! So easy to shovel! Thanks to Eric and staff for this great experience ❤️❤️❤️

Overall we were very impressed with the teams from Classic Company. Dave listened well to what our needs and desires were. Miguel, Javier, Douglas and their teams all worked very hard (and on some very hot days!) and we’re professional, respectful and left the job site clean.

Eric and his team did an amazing job! The project was huge, we added a stairway to our basement which required a below ground entry to the home. I was on a short timeline asathe entry was for my home business and Eric helped ease my mind by making the entire process completely stress free for me. It was on time and looked beautiful! I was highly impressed with the customer service and the workmanship of the crew. The crew was responsive to questions I had and were eager to provide answers. They were highly focused and competent while doing the concrete job.

We had our garage redone by Classic Company in Oct 2022 and the concrete apron started to crack within a year of it being redone. We have reached out multiple times to this company with almost no communication back. They finally sent someone out and they filled the crack (which has not held up), and they did it while we were at work so we were still unable to speak with them about our concern. We have continued to reach out to speak with someone and are unable to get a response (almost 2 years later). We have future concrete jobs and will definitely not be using this company again. I would recommend you do the same if you want longevity in a product and good customer service.
