We have done a bunch of stuff at our house in the last year, working with a number of different contractors, and the Classic Company team was the best. The process was as smooth as could be.

Excavation & installation were very fast and your system of coming back to provide extra fill, cleaning, and sealing was very efficient with little downtime between steps.

All of the crew were very friendly, everyone was great to deal with, and everyone did what they said they would do.

I would definitely recommend Classic Company to others.

Had them come and put in a large 2 car driveway in 2022. After signing and putting the $$ down I had to text the owner multiple times to even see when he would be scheduling the job. Finally, when they were actively working on our job the communication was solid. Unfortunately, during the first winter (6 months later) the concrete started spalling badly (about 40% of the surface.) Since I was told there was a warranty I called and texted the owner (Eric) and sales agent (David) right away. Eventually they sent somebody out to inspect and told me that they would "fix the issue." That was last summer (2023.) Then it was fall and they were behind... Then I was told I should wait till the spring since the season is over... I texted the owner in May 2024 asking for a date when they were going to fix. He said they were behind again... I strongly recommend against this company. Their communication and planning are very poor...

*Update: David (the sales agent) called me after I posted this review and informed me that the warranty repair is actually provided by the concrete supplier and scheduling the repair is up to them... As of this writing Sept 8, 2024 I still have not been called to schedule a repair.

I could not be happier with the team from Classic Company. My neighbor had a new driveway done and I had a new stoop, step and sidewalk put in at the same time. David, our sales rep was very easy to work with. If I had a question, he immediately texted or returned my call. The crew works incredibly hard, they are very experienced and the results shows. 100% recommend Classic Company for any cement work. Vicki

We had an excellent experience having original pavers patio and sidewalk removed and replaced by this team. They were quick to provide a bid and were competitive and reasonable with pricing. Once work began, the team moved quickly and professionally to accomplish our plan. Overall, it was a positive experience and we would refer their services in the future.

During the quote and job scoping process Dave was very responsive, quick and flexible with my changes even after the initial bid. They did a high quality job removing old, poorly sloped concrete and replacing with new sidewalk. They were prompt with clean up and fixing the yard. Only minor feedback was choppy communication surrounding the actual work day.

If you want quality work done at a fair price, then Classic Company Concrete & Masonry Specialists, MN should be your number 1 choice! We used them to remove and replace the stairways and sidewalks at our duplex in St. Paul and we were amazed at the high quality work they do! Here are some before and after pics of the work they completed. The owner of the company, Eric Nelson, even leveled off a high spot in the front yard at 1870 Ford Parkway for no extra charge! I can't tell you the countless number of neighbors who have complimented us on our new sidewalks and stairways! I think we've given at least 10 to 15 peope the phone number for Classic Company! We've even had people stop their cars and ask me for the phone number of Classic Company! Stop by our house and look at the high quality work, Eric, and his crew did on our sidewalks and stairways. We had a great experience with Classic Company. We don’t usually hire out work so I was nervous about execution. The crew did a great job!

Classic Company designed and built a beautiful Outdoor Fireplace and a stamped concrete patio for us. They did an excellent job.
They also poured concrete steps, garage apron and repaired steps in our sidewalks. We were very happy with the whole process from start to finish.
Eric and Dave were great to work with. We would definitely use them again. We “Highly” recommend.

They came out, inspected my property's roof (Home Owner Association multiple buildings), fixed the roof hail damage and installed Gutter Guards. Zero issues. I felt they inspected very thoroughly, were honest and forthright about what needed to be done. The Gutter Guards have saved our HOA a ton of cleaning costs and we haven't had any leaks since the hail storm! Thank you!

This company did a very good job on our roof. They worked well with us as far as when we wanted it done. After they were done the cleaned up everything well, didn't find any debris in the yard or driveway. Would recommend to use this company.

I haven’t had any work done by them but based off the experience I just had with their storm restoration specialist I have to say the three guys who approached me while I was outside my house was great. Coming from a customer service background they did everything right and explained why they were out in the neighborhood and did a free look over to discover my roof was in great shape and they didn’t hassle me for anything else like I have experience with some companies before. I’ll be keeping this business card and will call when something does need repairing.

We used Elysian to re-shingle our roof in the fall of 2021. They did an excellent job -- very responsive communication, timely work (completed in one day) and it looks great! I would recommend them to someone looking to have their roof re-done.

I had Elysian come out to replace my roof in the Fall of 2019 and I left most impressed with their professionalism, the attention to detail and the overall quality of work done on my roof. Nick was instrumental in walking us through the process, helping us make shingle and color selections and following-up on during construction. What stands out most during this process was Nick and Elysian's dedication to solving the source of a small roof leak in my daughter's bedroom. After several weeks of investigation which included the team climbing up on our chimney, foraging through our attic and tarping sections of our roof - they discovered the problem and ensured that the correction would be in place during the installation. So thankful for this extra effort! Strongly recommend and will go to them for any future needs I have in the future!

I was overwhelmed after the hail storm this summer, and by the amount of damage to my home. Thankfully I found Elysian Construction! My sales representative, Joe, was awesome to work with and made me feel a little more at ease about the situtation. He even met my insurance company on the day that they were here to assess the damage. It was nice to have someone advocate on my behalf. The company was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Elysian Construction!

Elysian was awesome, we worked with a sales person who came out to give us a free roof inspection and they were very informed and helpful. Unforunately, we didn’t have any damage but we will definitely work with them again in the future when we get a hail storm!! Highly recommend Elysian!!
