Abrahim, Will and DJ were awesome!!!! They worked hard and got all our stuff up a difficult set of steps in a two story rental. We will definitely be using them again! A+++ Service from Affinity Movers!

Will and Alexander were exactly on time. Their timing was impeccable! Cortious and kind, they disassembled my bed, loaded it onto their truck, delivered my bed, driving 40 miles to my destination, unload & assembled it ALL in only an hour and 6 minutes!! Yay!! 😃

Will, Abibe, andJomar were fun to work with. Moving isn't easy and they were efficient, helpful, and patient all day!

I want to add an update to my earlier review. Later that evening on the day of my move, an additional charge was added to my credit card. After calling the company twice, I was told that my original estimate was too low and was the fault of their employee. They said my move should have been estimated much higher. I was charged $1,000 more than the original estimate. I asked for a partial refund and was told my request would need to be elevated to the owner. That was five days ago and I haven't heard back. Warning, don't assume your final charge will be even close to the estimate.

Had a three person crew move my stuff to storage. They were great! Quick, helpful, careful; just did a fantastic job!! Getting the job set up was simple and easy. They showed up on time - can’t recommend highly enough.

Ron and Will were awesome! They picked up a mattress and adjustable bed frame from our friends house, delivered and assembled the bed in our house, 1.5 hours from the cities. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They were also very curtieous and asked if they should remove their shoes while in our home. Would definitely use Affinity Moving again.

My friend used their service. They hustle my friend for a extra 300$ I told them not to rap something they did it anyway and then charged me for the service but did not tell me on the phone it was a charge. One of them used my bathroom to do his business and charged me..Do not use this company they didn't even stack anything so now I have to get another truck so I can move my garage this was very very bad work so bad I dont want to give them 1 star but I have to do the star to bad I cant do -10 star again use at your own risk......

I was so impressed by the exceptional service Affinity Movers provided! Kendrick, Morgan, Babi, and Arthur were an absolute dream team! They tackled our massive move of 800+ boxes packed with books with ease, speed, and care. Their professionalism and enthusiasm were impressive, making what could have been a stressful experience truly amazing.

From start to finish, Affinity Movers exceeded our expectations. The prices were affordable, the communication was top-notch, and the coordination with our container and truck arrival was seamless.

I moved on December 11 and this was easily one of the worst service experiences I’ve had.

The original estimate for moving my 520 sqft studio alcove six minutes away was $540 and 2.5 hours. The move ultimately took 4.5 hours, and I was charged $909 total, including a deposit. I got charged $51.50 at the time of booking, $735.42 before the movers even got to my place, and an additional $122.57 after they left.

I specifically booked this move hoping for a smooth, low-stress experience before the holidays, especially since I had just gotten off an overnight shift. Instead, the movers (Keron and Amos) were unprofessional and inefficient. Keron repeatedly disappeared during the move, and at one point locked his keys inside the truck, causing a 45-minute delay that I was still charged for. I also had to help move my mattress and dresser around my unit, which is unacceptable for a paid moving service.

Several of my live plants were killed during the move. When I raised this with management (George) I was told “plants die in the winter,” despite never being warned of any risk or given the option to take precautions. For context, I’ve previously moved with Two Men and a Truck, and they took care to secure my plants in the truck and ensure nothing fell on them, even in winter conditions. The contrast in care and professionalism was stark.

I attempted to resolve this directly with the company, but the compensation offered did not come close to addressing the overcharges, delays, damage, or overall lack of accountability.

I would not recommend this company. If you value transparency, care for your belongings, and professionalism, look elsewhere.

I hired them to move a hot tub from one house to another (10 miles away). I called around and got 3 quotes (all around $500-550). I signed my quote, paid the deposit and send them photos of the hot tub. They showed up with the wrong truck and didn't have the right equipment to move it safely. They had to go rent a trailer and come back. The trailer couldn't be picked up until 2, so they had to wait a couple of hours for that. I'll try to keep this brief, but there was quite a bit of damage from dragging it on the ground, but it got where it needed to go. I then get the final bill. They charged me over $1,500 because they needed to pay their guys for their time and they charged me for mileage to get the trailer and come back. I hired them because they're professionals, but it definitely seemed like they've never moved a hot tub before.

I hate writing bad reviews, but other customers need to know about this. I'm still waiting on their insurance to file the damage claim.

It took almost nine hours to move a one bedroom apartment. I had a bed, dresser, four bar chairs, a computer desk, a pit sectional and several boxes, and bags. One of the issues was the senior crew person did not know how to take down and reassemble my platform drawer bed . It took several hours for him to complete the disassembly and reassembly of the bed. My computer desk was left in my garage I was told it wouldn't fit through the door, and it most likely would not even fit in my office space. Well, after being charged $1,637.70, mind you this is over three times more than I was quoted, I still had to pay someone to move my desk into the house and it fits just fine in my office space. Back to the bed, I moved it from one apartment to another 5 years ago and it took the gentlemen all of an hour to take it down and reassemble it, and he wasn't "a professional mover". So I don't know if this was done to prolong the time, or if the guy just didn't know what he was doing, either way, because Affinity charges by the hour or every 15 minutes I thought if I told them about the issue with the bed that they would shave a few hours off the bill, but to no avail. They said absolutely not. I will say both of the young men who were sent to move me were very nice, especially the younger man he was polite, professional and hard working. However, I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody that I care about, they are a rip off.

Well, I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, yes it was clear that I would be billed by the hour, but based on past moves of the bed I didn't believe it would take hours to break a bed down and get it up again. Also, I forgot to mention the drawers on the bed are all off track.

Will. Amos , david wonderful job they deservedly should get a raise... seriously they made this smooth and efficient and very pleasant to work with them!! Tip your movers they are deserving of every penny !!!
