Will Terrence and Trey were absolute rockstars. These guys were phenominal. Never had better movers and they made this process so easy. Absolutely loved working with them and they were so dedicated working through everything.

The 3 man team of Ron, Will and Steve were great! They were professional, courteous, fast and very friendly to work with. We had a good day together getting my move done. They deserve a big Holiday bonus or at least buy them all lunch!
Also a big nod to Lisa who helped me set up the move! This is the first time I ever hired professional movers and it’s been a great experience.

My movers were nice, but they were very unexperienced and they took care of my furniture and kind of nicely, but one piece of furniture that I had that was a really nice piece of shelving. Unit was in perfect condition when I had it under their hands, but then when they get done with it, it was a piece of junk because they destroyed it during the move and then they also marked up my walls a little bit which they are fixing, but they’re not fixing those shelveing unit that they broke by giving me a claim no claim

If you want my recommendation, don’t go to Affinity Moving for you, moving your furniture out to somewhere else. Unless you want your stuff damaged and get NO money from what they did

We had Jakob, Amos, Jason. They did an amazing and fast Job getting my father moved into his new town house. Wrapped alot of stuff with blankets and wrap.

Ron and Will did great! We had a couch wedged in our front door and entry way. They unstuck it and moved it in the back door. It was a VERY tight fit and they did not give up!! Such great attitudes as well! They came within 2 1/2 hours after the initial call. Will definitely use them again and recommend!

TERRIBLE!!!!

If you have any regard for your hard earned money and expensive perishables I HIGHLY urge you to look elsewhere for services!
I booked with this company and had one of the WORST experiences! I was quoted by their staff that with all of my items and the distance of my move everything should be completed in 2 hours. The staff called and texted me multiple times a day for over 2 days to get me to book with them. I finally agreed once I was happy with the estimate. On the day of the move 3 men showed up late and took the entire two hours just to wrap my couch, bed, tv and take 15 boxes to the truck. Someone in the office began charging my debit card every 15 mins over my time. Not knowing that two of the staff were walking around on different floors in my building, taking vape breaks and using their phone. Once they finally made it to my new apartment the same two movers walked to a McDonald’s near my home and took a 30+ min PERSONAL LUNCH break. My card then began declining the charges. Someone from the office called the movers and told them to stop what they are doing and to have me give them another form of payment before they continue. When I asked to speak to the individual directly to let him now that the 2 of the staff were not even working he REFUSED to speak to me. I then spoke to someone named George who told me I would receive a refund of all the extra time that was charged to my account and the movers would finish their work. The movers DID NOT finish their work! They left my heavy furniture wrapped and in pieces at my new place. My dresser was also DAMAGED. The only staff that worked the whole time felt so bad for my experience he offered on his own PERSONAL time and FREE OF COST to come and help me put my items back together. Now the company is taking credit for someone just being a Good Samaritan. I have not received no refund at all. They have been dodging my calls and emails for over two weeks. I am now in the process of working with a lawyer to get 1,200+ of my money back. I have never left a review for a company before but my experience with Affinity movers was so bad I felt compelled to warn people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After two weeks of trying to contact this company and receiving no response, the moment I go public about my horrible experience they somehow magically found the time to respond to my concerns. Everything they responded to this review is FABRICATED. I was called and told that the only way I could receive any sort of compensation for my damages and uncompleted services is if I take down my review. I told them that I have no trust in them to refund me if I do that since they ignored me for 2 weeks. I offered to sign a contract stating they will refund me first and I will take my review down. The wasn’t enough for them apparently and they called back a second time to go back on everything and said they wouldn’t offer me anything to fix this matter due to me feeling most comfortable with having a lawyer review the contract first. It’s clear this company only cares for public image and has no regard for customer experience. Please protect your money and perishables by going elsewhere with your business!

Fantastic company! From the first phone call to the delivery everyone was kind, patient, efficient. Ron and Darius are pleasant to work with. There was unexpected tree removal happening across the narrow street and they just worked with it. The quote was accurate. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Will, David and Terrence were wonderful! They were very polite, funny and very professional, they even helped me out when I couldn't go any more! I would definitely use Affinity Moving in the Future! I also want to mention, George the manager, Henrietta, Lisa and Rose...in Customer Service...they made me feel at home, plus communication was terrific at every point during the moving process!! This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Do Not book them unless you want to struggle getting them to do even the bare minimum. There were so many things wrong with their service. They show up to my house with three men that did not know what they were doing. We booked for them to move and assemble everything. They took 7 hours to move everything and didn’t not assemble items they were supposed to. I was told the moving was going to take 3 hours, they took 7 hours and got nothing done. I had to fight with them multiple to do the simplest things. I would tell them where a mattress was supposed to go, and before even trying they said “oh it won’t fit. “ They didn’t want to do their job. They refused to take anything upstairs saying nothing would fit. There would be mattresses and box spring that were meant to fit upstairs and before even trying, they would it won’t fit. I had to fight with them every step of the way. One guy in particular seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He acted annoyed about moving anything and he was the one that was initiating all the “it can’t fit up there” nonsense. They also overcharged me by hundreds of dollars. I felt scammed so I called and said to give them money back because they took it more than what they were supposed to, they said we’ll take about on a meeting. There were supposed to show up to the meeting at 8am and they didn’t they just ghosted without a word and ran away with my money.The worst part of it all was that they overcharged me for an unfinished job. By the time they left, the one bed we begged for them to fix ended up breaking. So I called and had them come back to the house and the boss that they sent was very arrogant and rude and came off as unhinged. He was saying things like “I will leave your house if you don’t shut up. He was very disrespectful to my mom and kept controlling her by saying “shut up or I’ll leave your house.”Forcing us to stop talking so he could continue lying. I feel very lied to and scammed and disrespected like I have never been in my life. The lady that called to help us book in the first place might as well be considered a con artist. She said anything and everything to get to book. I can’t even count how many lies she told us. She was the one that was telling me that they would move and assemble everything. Instead they left our tv on the ground and walked out. They also left our dining table on the floor unbuilt. There were they said that we already got changed and they would be happy to assemble for us like the fireplace. They didn’t assemble anything. As I said earlier, the only thing they assembled was my dads and that ended up breaking when they walked out.I guess they built it wrong and they went experts lie they claimed. Two of them were ignoring everything and they were very rude. I can one guy that was genuinely doing his job right. The other two was standoffish, rude, disrespectful. Those two went back to their truck to take a multiple breaks. All these people want is to waste your time, and charge you for more money than you booked.They circled my house for 30 minutes doing god knows what. I guess that was part of them wasting time to earn more money.Even though my dad told them exactly where the house was.This is the worst of my life and I have never been scammed like this. Also one of the box springs they said wouldn’t fit upstairs, me and my sister managed to take it up together and made it fit up there. So how could three grown men not do it? After all this, I had to hire another guy to come to my house and fix everything there were paid to do. I had to pay that guy just as much money as I paid them because that’s how much stuff they left unbuilt. After they left, they also sent me multiple texts threatening me saying I had to pay the money I owed them or they would take it to court. I find that funny considering how they wronged and scammed me. Watch for these con artists because they could steal all the money you have in your bank account and get nothing done.

We used Affinity Moving to move a sectional downstairs and a couch and a loveseat upstairs.

The two gentlemen, Ron and Kao, doing the heavy lifting were absolutely amazing!! They could not have been kinder. They were professional and extremely careful while moving the furniture up and down the stairs.

We highly recommend this company!!

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! I was in a real jam with a custom couch that I could not get up the stairs to my place. Affinity moving, George and his crew came in lifted it 15 ft through a second story window! Affinity is my first call for our moving needs!

Our Affinity moving team was fantastic. Lisa set up the move and was a pleasure help us work through the planning phase. Jakob, Ron, Will, Christian, & DJ were the packers and movers. They worked as a team from the beginning to the end and were a pleasure to have in our home. They were always positive and worked very hard. George, Affinity’s Ops Manager, made sure we understood the process and stopped by the house to check on progress and even brought coffee for his crew. Affinity is a great company to work with, primarily because of their people.

Brandon is professional, and extremely capable. I wanted a phone unlocked, and we discussed price points between unlocking and buying a new device. He recommended unlocking. My phone proved to be a difficult and time-consuming project, but he took the time to fix it for less than half of the price this unlocked phone would be. I highly recommend. For the best experience, call to schedule an appointment.

Absolutely terrible service. Doesn't come the time or day he agrees to. We tried 3 different days and he never showed up. He lied and said he was on the way but 3 hours later he was another no-show and didn't communicate again afterwards.

Due to his level of professionalism as well as his timeliness, I would recommend him to not be your handyman for any service. Better luck finding someone on Craigslist. All of this was reported on Thumbtack as apparently he has a history of not showing up.
