It was a Sunday and they were able to get out the same day. When the installer got to my house, it only took him 15 min to diagnose the problem and fix it. We are so happy with the professional service.

The worst experience. It was nearly 100 out and our air was out. I bought the warranty up front for 149 to avoid future service calls. It is an absolute scam. I never could talk to a person at the shop. All calls went to a answering service. Two times they didn’t show up and now out the $150 and starting over and 8 days later and still sweating. So mad

Horrible experience. Gentleman came to my home completely unprepared and asked us for a wire hanger he was digging through our wall with that caused damage to my wire for my thermostat. He wanted to drill holes in my floor and wall but not patch them up... He tried charge $2k and lost CC information. 100% horrible experience and I am so happy to not have this guy in my home any further.

Our boiler went out days before the -50° temps. They had a technician out to our house within 2 hours of calling them! Had our new boiler in within a few days. From start to finish they were fast, courteous and very helpful! During this stressful situation they made the entire process smooth and easy! I don’t trust this company.

AVS Heating and Cooling went above and beyond for our family. Our AC unit quit on us during the beginning of the hottest spell in Robbinsdale’s history and they came out on a 100+ degree day on the weekend and installed a new AC unit. Could not be friendlier people and they gave us a super competitive quote to boot. Thank you AVS Heating and Cooling!

AVS didn't show up for our appointment. We scheduled an appointment over the phone and received an confirmation email. The tech was supposed to call to verify we were home and then arrive between 9-12, but the tech didn't call or show up during the window. We called AVS to get an update, they told us the tech would call us right away, we waited a couple of hours and didn't hear back from AVS or the tech. The tech never called. Since the tech never contacted us, we had to cancel and use another company.

Shopped around for an AC unit and got many quotes and walk through from 4 local businesses. absolute heating and air conditioning repair gave me the best price and were also the most down to earth technicians. I recommend absolute heating and air conditioning repair to you, give them a chance to give you an offer if you need any AC work.

Daniel was very scrupulous with the inspection that we delayed for 12months. Replaced the igniter, cleaned everything up and checked for every potential problem, including carbon monoxide. Valid prices, expeditious service, and exceptional attention to detail. Surely I will endorse AVS Heating and Cooling as they value their name and care about the quality of service!!!

The crew of Sean, Greg and Peter was prompt, hard-working and efficient. In addition to installing a new furnace, they replaced all the ducts in the attic and crawl space. They were very pleasant and made the process as unobtrusive as possible. Everything works great. Greg analyzed my needs at our first meeting and we signed the contract that morning. He also returned after the job was done to inspect the work and solve any issues I might have. Very happy.

AVS Heating and Cooling technician was on time and did a remarkable job. He serviced and tested for efficiency our heat pump which is in the basement. He also worked on a split unit in the garage. We have used their services for many years and we have always had great experiences working with them.Am a happy customer.
