I have always had great service with Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration! The crew that came out yesterday was really great and amazing. They quickly services our furnace and cooling system and we could not be any happier. That was a fabulous service!!

I recently hired Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration to do an inspection on my HVAC unit. Their crew were wonderful people, who were on time, no up-selling and very professional. They inspected and explained to me what was going on with my unit. They were very knowledgeable and will use them again when the time comes to replace my units. I recommend!

James did great job. Called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Service was friendly and professional. Provided before and after pictures and explained work that was done as well as recommend work. Will use Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration next time for duct cleaning and furnace maintenance.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration services at my home. Both times were time sensitive based on temperature conditions and I was squeezed into his busy schedule to accommodate. The first time was to completely replace the central air system right in the center of a heatwave 3 years back and just this month to replace my zone controllers as they went on the fritz. I trust Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration for large and small jobs as I’ve personally had both performed for me and been completely satisfied. Century Heating Cooling & Refrigeration was incredibly fast in response. They answered my call promptly and I was able to set up an appointment the next day. Their technician showed up at the appointed time and was very courteous and professional. On top of all of that, the price was every reasonable. We're extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone looking for A/C maintenance.

Initial inspection was thorough and helpful, answering all questions. Crew arrived on time, preformed work efficiently and accurately, did a great job cleaning up afterward, and trained on new control unit. Very confident to continue to use Classic Air AC & Heating for all our AC and heating needs. Great job.

Both the office staff and the technician who came to my house were very good. They told me what they were going to do, provided the service successfully, and it cost exactly what they told me it would cost! Thank you!

I am sorry to say that when I called to schedule service they wanted $350.00 dollars upfront for service, they proceeded say we have all this discounts etc. Sorry no thanks. I am not paying anyone until service at least shows up to my door and I am satisfied with what they have done.

Scheduled a repair appointment and paid upfront to be on priority service.
The appointment time passed without a call from them. I called them and was told that they would get somebody out later that day. I then received a call later in the day saying that they couldn't come that day because I was a commercial account and they didn't have a crew available for several days.
I generally wouldn't complain but the lack of follow through, communication and service is staggering and warrants this review.

I really appreciate having Kemp Commercial Heating & Cooling come work on my furnace and air conditioner. They are always respectful, wear those cute little booties to keep my house clean, and never try to charge me thousands of dollars to fix something that isn't broken. I am belong to them and they are mine for life!!

Alex has always done his best to show on time. He recently replaced my furnace and A/C due to a Freon leak which wasn't worth fixing because of the system's age. He also replaced and explained the function of the humidifier and showed me how to operate. Keep the good work up!

Without a doubt, this is the best furnace and air-conditioning unit I have bought in my life! The crew installing it took every care to see that it was installed properly, and I have yet to have to call them out to fix anything. I bought it 2 or so years ago, sorry, time speeds by these days.
