Very rude plumber. Didn’t listen well.

Excellent service within an hour of calling.

The customer service rep acknowledged my call had been ignored, then hung up on me.

I was way overcharged and the matter was disregarded. The plumber also showed up on the wrong day.

Called them twice to get them to look at my toilet of where I work. Nobody was sent to take a look at it. Seems like they don’t care about your issue unless it’s convenient for them. Don’t use these guys if at all possible.

Driver and his partner cutt my family and I off illegally today on 94 and East River Rd exit, driver cutt us off right where you cannot get in exit no dotted line or lines anymore and cutting off dozens of cars behind us as well forcing his way in. I am pregnant and had my toddler in back. Do not trust this business just by how poor and careless their contractor was on road today shows a lot. License plates were YHB4822

Contacted them for service on the boiler in our home. Very professional and polite, provided a detailed explanation of why the boiler was performing poorly and the work done to correct it. Heating has never worked as well as it is now.

Poor follow-through and poor customer service. Our boiler went out and I called this place -- on a recommendation -- and was told they could get someone to my house the same afternoon. We agreed on 1 p.m. At 3 p.m. I called again and was told someone would arrive within an hour. I did not hear back again until 7:30 p.m., by which time I had contacted another company -- Soderlin Plumbing. Soderlin phoned me every half hour with an update on the technician's arrival.

Burnomatic is the real deal. Technically knowledgeable technicians for a reasonable price. They are the only ones in town I’d recommend for old house boiler work. They don’t inflate, exaggerate and they don’t gouge.

This is the 2nd time Burnomatic has come out and did excellent work with our radiant/boiler heating system.

Coming from places with forced air heat or electric heat, I didn't have any experience with a boiler system until we bought our Tangletown house in 2016. I get nervous around heating a house with explosive gas and heated water but these guys have instructed me in how to bleed the radiators, add water and other great tips.

This time Evan fixed a leaky value between our expansion tank and boiler. Instead of a quick fix and exit, he checked the system pressure, bled radiators and added some water to make sure it was at the right levels. I appreciated his explanations, skill and professionalism.

We had service done on our 100+ year old boiler. They got to the root of the problem after being here for only a few minutes, said that they could repair it and had performed this type of repair before. The previous company just said it's old and you have to replace it. Burn-O-Matic's assessment of our boiler? Immaculate. Great shape. Just needed to replace the transformer and the other failing part. Knowledgable, thorough, friendly. With the repair and an adjustment to the water level - our radiators have never worked so well.
