I am slightly frustrated having worked with this vendor to have a toilet installed. When I called to inquire about the cost estimate (having also called about four other plumbers to compare rates), I spoke with Matt who told me with the required City of Minneapolis permit included I'd be looking at a total of $200 to $240. He also noted the hourly rate was $135. After receiving my bill I see I was charged $140 per hour for a total of $440.50. While I understand estimates are not exact I don't appreciate the certainty I heard over the phone only to be charged double that amount once the bill came. I would not recommend this vendor for future plumbing work.

Great for boiler and radiator issues - they went above and beyond! They came right on time and fixed the radiator valve I had called about - but also used the rest of the hour to thoroughly check the boiler, where they found various inefficiencies that they corrected and explained everything nicely as they made the changes. They could have just fixed what I had asked for and left - but they showed great professionalism in making sure everything remotely related to my call was in tip-top shape before leaving.

Burnomatic installed and maintains our condo boiler and water heater. Our bill comes in at or under their rough estimate. Whether it's an emergency or regular call, they always show up on time. Knowledgeable and professional, they give good advice and have saved us lots of money. It's a pleasure to work with people you can trust!

Front office lady extremely rude and unprofessional. Acts like her stuff don't stink. Very arrogant 🙄
Woukd not recommended thos company literally because of her.
Common courtesy is not in her vocabulary 🙄

Our steam boiler furnace stopped working. The staff at Burnomatic Mooney & Ridler came through for us. Greg got us on the schedule quickly and Jordan came and fixed the furnace in smart time. All at once we were back in luxurious heat from the radiators! A great company with super service helped us through this crisis. Can recommend heartily. Thank you. Carol

I think these guys are great! My boiler went out during one of our recent cold snaps and they worked really hard to get a new one installed, because they knew the house was too cold for us to stay here. I had a few questions the day after it was installed, and even though it was a Saturday somebody came over and walked me through everything. Highly recommend!

Had them come to look at a radiator valve expecting an expensive replacement. The technician was awesome, and loosened it for me in a couple of minutes. Also helped me understand and set some things on my boiler while we waited for it to heat up.

The technician generally impressed me with his knowledge of my older boiler. Rates are a little pricey, but I would absolutely consider Burnomatic again for boiler repairs, maintenance, or replacement.

I have used them several times now for emergency service on an aging boiler. Each time they were quick to respond, able to diagnose over the phone, fast to get us scheduled, and always seemed very fair on the price (and I'm one who really thinks about that!) They are big enough to handle your needs and small enough to not be overpriced. And honest enough to say they don't think I need a full unit replacement yet. They will continue to be my go-to call for service.

Great Plumbers!

The main drain needed to be replaced 2 weeks after buying my first duplex. I got several quotes and started to despair a bit over the cost. One of the plumbers from a big name shop recommended I give Burnomatic a call and I'm glad I did. It was a pretty big job that took almost 2 days. Everyone was courteous and professional. And the best part was the cost was well under the other quotes and the workmanship was top notch.

Last January our furnace stopped working. Sharpe sent someone out as quickly as they could and got us running again. It was just the igniter. We felt the service was great and the bill was reasonable.

Then last week we woke up and discovered our furnace had stopped running at about 3 AM and the house was down to about 48 degrees. This time it was because it needed a cleaning which had never been done. Again Sharpe dispatched someone who arrived mid-morning and get us running quickly.

One thing that I really liked is that they know how to communicate and don't make you wonder what's going on or when they will arrive. They do large commercial jobs as well as residential but I didn't feel any less important to them.

Cooling perfection restored, swift and seamless!

Called this place and paid for the service on Aug 1, 2023. The dispatch gave me a window of 8-11am. Called several times but they kept moving the window. No one showed up and we wasted our whole day.
PLEASE STEAR CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Highly unprofessional and non responsive.
