This business is a lifesaver!! I had a pressure relief valve fail on a commercial water heater on a saturday and needed a new valve to repair it before monday for a pre sale property inspection. This company was closed for the weekend, and the part is not available at any hardware store in the state. With no time to wait for shipping, out of desperation, i sent the company a message via the chat option on google. To my surprise, the owner responded. I explained my situation and asked if there was any way to get the part before monday. I didn't expect it to happen, but I was desperate and hoping for a miracle. He replied that he lives just 10 minutes from the store and would get me the part asap. He had me order online for pickup at the store, and I was able to pick it up the following morning. I could have picked it up the same day, but it was late evening, and the drive is a 3-hour round trip. I wish words could express the depth of my gratitude for this company and its owner. I very rarely post a review for business, but this company definately earned the spot of being the third one I've reviewed in my lifetime - with the other two being reviews about bad experiences.
