They showed up within a couple of hours got my chimney and fireplace working again. It had been locked and broken and I wasn’t able to use it and now it looks like it’s working perfectly. Master chimney sweep and repair is incredible. He is so kind, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Did a beautiful job cleaning and explained everything, showed us before and after pictures of what he did. He was was so quick and easy to schedule with in such a busy season.

Cody, Reed, and Frank did an excellent job cleaning my ducts. They were professional, efficient, and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. Despite the challenge of my ducts being 15 feet off the ground and my two air handlers, their portable equipment and careful planning made the job seamless. I was especially impressed that they showed me videos of the cleaning, proving that their cleaning is effective. I feel much safer and more comfortable in my home now that the air is clean.

We had an excellent experience with HepaVac Duct Cleaning service. Frank arrived on time the day of the appointment and explained the process to us. The cleaning took approximately 3 1/2 hours, and the results are fantastic. We really like their method of cleaning… It’s much more than just vacuuming out a few inches of the deducts under the air vents. Frank made videos of some of the cleaning areas and it is amazing to see the before and after pictures.We are extremely pleased with the results, and the house feels extra clean now. Hepa Vac has cleaned my home's air ducts 3 times in the last 9 years. Each time, the vents, vent covers, ducts and registers were all cleaned with meticulous care. (Their "before and after" photos are always amazing.) Reed, who is the owner, began yesterday's cleaning with a "walk-through" with me, explaining in detail what would be happening for the next 3-4 hours. Along the way Reed also answered all of my questions in detail. Then he and his co-worker, Kelly, got to work vacuuming the ducts. Once all the dust and debris from the ducts had been removed, they thoroughly cleaned up their workspace - even cleaner than when they arrived! Thanks to their skilled work, the air in the house is now noticeably much fresher and far healthier. Hepa Vac did a superb job once again!
