We had scheduled a dryer vent cleaning but the tech found the dryer vent hose had a tear which made it appear as if the vent was clogged. This replacement was done quickly and professionally. The tech did check the vent as well which does not need cleaning. Very good customer service overall.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they left my house just as clean as when they arrived. The reason I say that is the last time I had my ducts clean, that company didn’t cover the vents when they pushed air through it and all of the dirt and dust was pushed into my house to where I had to do a full house cleaning afterwards. This time they had such a great system and did it under three hours. I even got to see the inside of my vents to see the work that was done.

Matt and Kelly did an awesome job! They were so thorough with their service even though the job was bigger than they anticipated. I would definitely recommend them.

Holly was honest and upfront about pricing. Which I totally love! The first company I contacted did the switch and bait offering one price on the phone and then changing it by $600 more in person! My tech was amazing! (Super great guy, I just cant think of his name). He was on-time, professional and didn’t embarrass me with my dirty vents! He cleaned everything and showed me things about my furnace that I didn’t know about before. I would recommend them to my friends and family. So if you are reading this, you should hire HepaVac. I hired HepaVac to clean out my ducts after moving into a new house. They were timely and professional and offered me a great rate. They explained the whole process and showed me images of the before and after. My ducts ended up being way dirtier than I expected, so I’m very glad I had them cleaned.

Technician Kelly arrived friendly and helping and let me know every step of the way what was happening or going to happen and gave me a heads up on when would be done. I was so greatful to receive the descriptive email a number of days ahead as I then realized I did need to do some work to make my ducts accessible. I did have 2 under/behind furniture and Kelly was just so easy and when I thought we'd have to move the whole piece away and he was just easy and just rather angled and turned the corner out!
And always wore his foot covers even with all the in and outs! AND showed me dust rabbits-beyond dust bunnies-he pulled out of duct or saw on video while cleaning! Lastly put in a new filter, vacuumed wherever he was and helped me put furniture back! Wonderful experience!!

Great job. Crew showed me before and after videos. System working much smoother and more efficient after the cleaning. We just performed a home renovation and the crew did a great job cleaning up after the renovation dust and debris.

My HepaVac experience was stellar from start to finish. As someone who works for a small business, I notice a lot about a business's operations out of sheer professional curiosity, and I have never been more impressed with a team. From their communicative website to their transparent pricing structure to the scheduling process to the actual work performance, they're doing a lot right. I personally interacted with Holly, Frank, and Reed, all of whom are kind, genuine people who make your day better just by existing in your vicinity. I had a few hiccups in my process (first a reschedule due to technician availability, then the need to reschedule again for asbestos abatement, and finally a post-service visit to investigate a lingering musty odor), and at every step I felt attended to and carefully served. HepaVac goes far beyond bare minimum because, believe it or not, they genuinely care about how their clients experience their space. I am sincerely tickled by the experience I've had with this small business and I wish them all the success in the years to come. Good people running a good business. What more could you ask for?

Holly was an excellent communicator and called to offer us a cancellation slot 2 weeks before our appointment. Our techs, Frank and Kelly were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They handled the walkthrough, setup, service, and cleanup in about 2.5 hours and were very courteous of our space and remote working needs during their visit.

I scheduled the appointment while I was working from home, and they were extremely helpful and flexible with my meetings. It was overall a great experience and appreciate having my vents clean for the first time ever. The video and pictures they take are also very helpful in showing what was in there. Would recommend.

Reed was great! Super professional snd very kind. He worked efficiently, but was very communicative about what was happening. At the conclusion he showed me all the camera photos which was very eye-opening. Also was super sweet to my dog. 😀 Highly recommend.
